I don't normally use hair spray because I hate how heavy and hard it makes my hair feel, plus a lot of them come with strong smells that I dislike. But when this same product was used by 2 different hair stylists at 2 different hair trials for my wedding, I had a thought that I should look into this one. And sure enough, it works a treat. This is a formula that helped my stubbornly straight Chinese hair hold a tight curl for an entire night at a mate's wedding, but didn't seem to weigh my hair down as much as other hair sprays I've used before. I would recommend washing it out before bed if you can manage it, because when you wake up it does feel heavy and I feel like it probably leaves plenty of residue on a pillowcase. Definitely not one for everyday use, but it's a solid and affordable choice when you want it done up for an event!

If you're prioritising lip color that doesn't budge, then this is definitely one to look at. Put it this way: I had dabbed some of the color onto the back of hand with the testers and it took 3 days to wash off completely! There's a pretty impressive range of colours (I've used Timeless Toffee and Perpetual Plum), and I totally intend to wear Timeless Toffee on my wedding day since it really doesn't budge. BUT - and this is a really bit BUT - you really, really need to make sure you keep the lip balm end handy. The color is dispensed on a wand out of one end of the tube, and the other end is a clear stick of lip balm. You *must* use the balm (or any other moisturizing balm) if your lips are prone to drying (like mine), because you'll be reapplying it throughout the day to keep your lips soft and the color from flaking. I reckon this is a great lip gloss for special occasions - like a wedding! - but I'd definitely skip it for daily wear.

I have very sensitive skin so I was very wary about using this serum at first, but when I saw results almost straightaway, I was sold. I applied this nightly as the end part of my nighttime skin are routine. Within 2 weeks of use my skin was softer and smoother, and there is a noticeable glow to my complexion I haven't seen in a few years! I like the dropper - keeps application to a drop at a time, and 2 drops was all i really needed. It's a low viscosity formula, so it is easy to apply without feeling greasy. There's no strong artificial smell associated, which is think is why it hasn't caused irritation I have also noticed some reduction in the appearance of my pores, which is great as I have combination skin Really the only reason not to keep using this product is the price, but a little goes a long way so it could be worth it!

I received shade 159B - Rouge in Love, which is a bright warm red that is a tad too sharp a color for my medium skin tone, but it goes on extremely smoothly Though the color looks super bright, it doesn't go on too strongly. One layer gives great pigmentation without it being too overpowering, and two layers gives amazing color payout. Perfect lipstick for lip-centred makeup looks. The formula is light but creamy and I did not struggle getting the color onto my lip. The finish is mainly matte with a little bit of shine to make my lips look full and the centre of attention. It does lose a star for staying power; it comes off extremely easily when kissing or eating, which I know is not uncommon for lippie in general, but for such a luxe product I was expecting better resistance to wear The packaging is a complete A+, in a super adorable metallic tube that feels as luxurious as it looks. And I will say this: this lipstick smells absolutely delicious! Mine smelled like strawberries. Yum! So even though this shade didn't suit me perfectly, the quality of this lipstick is definitely worth a look.

I have the waterproof version of this mascara and it really is a nice product: great formula and I actually REALLY like the brush! No clumps and my lashes look thicker but not unnatural. Unfortunately where my Maybelline waterproof mascaras stay in place, this one smudges EVERYWHERE by the end of the day! I blame my small eyes, so if you have hooded and small eyes, be prepared for that!

I ADORE this foundation, which I have in 5.0. It matches my skin perfectly after it warms to my skintone and I find it a dream to apply... and with a perfect finish (matte but with some glow). Coverage is totally buildable; I can go for sheer cover or build it up to medium coverage. When applied with the Beautyblender, it makes my complexion look totally smooth without making it look unnatural or mask-like! I would STRONGLY suggest getting shadematched at the counter; the shade of it really does warm to your skin, so you have to try it in-store to see how it will eventually set. I didn't even need to get a new shade or anything when I began tan over the summer; the foundation just warmed to my skin as it was and matched ME! One downside is that it's not as long-lasting as other foundations; I use both primer and setting powder with it to keep it for 10 hours, but I still give this 5-stars because for the way I use the foundation, it's straight-up PERFECT.

Thanks to the Shimmer Brick, I no longer wear blush... and that's a good thing! After contouring my face I only need to sweep this across the tops of my cheekbones to lift and accentuate them and it looks so good that I don't bother with extra color, which means I look (in my opinion) far more natural since I have less product on my face! I just take the face blender brush, sweep it through all five colors, then swipe it across my cheekbones out to my temple. Then I take a kabuki brush to blend it into my bronzer and foundation for a natural and GREAT highlighted look! The shimmer you get isn't glittery or sparkly, but is more frosted and metallic which ultimately makes it easier to blend without looking OTT or artificial I'm also a fan of multi-use products, and this is one of them. Each of the five colors makes for a great eyeshadow! I'm too dark to use the lightest shade as a highlighter as other ladies like to do, but I do use it on the inner corners of my eyes for some extra pop to a look. All of them are also incredibly easy to blend and have a nice finish with no fallout. Gorgeous As a sidenote: DO NOT USE THIS AS A BRONZER! It's way too shimmery for that and if you bought this intending to use it this way, you have unfortunately not bought the right product!

This was my first time using wands like these and I was sent them as part of the Trial Team Overall, these wands are great. I followed Manicare's instructions and smeared some mascara on the back of my hand, then rubbed the brushes into them to pick up product Application was actually easier than usual, because I could grip the wand more securely than I could with the usual wands that come with mascara. I could also very easily control how much mascara was on each wand, which I found resulted in fewer clumps on my lashes All the brushes were extremely soft and were easy to manage in the actual application of mascara (in tiny zig-zaggy motions), making them so easy to control even on my small eyes and short lashes Of the four brushes, I found that the orange and the purple brushes worked the best, with the orange ones really holding onto product and defining every single lash without any clumps! The purple ones are extremely tiny so they took a bit of getting used to, but I found they were brilliant for my short lashes and for the first time I could even apply mascara to my bottom lashes without making a mess! The blue brush was fine but I found really packed the product on, which occasionally led to smudging. The red brush didn't do much for me, either, probably because my eyelashes are too short for a visible curling effect Now, while the brushes are good quality and easy to use, the product loses a star for two reasons: packaging and waste. The packaging, to me, is a bit fiddly because all the bristles of the brushes hook onto each other and in the end when I was trying to just take one wand out and keep all the rest in the pack, it didn't happen... they all came spilling out and I had to put them ALL back in again And while I know that these wands are best for makeup artists or even for those of us with unique eyeshapes (and who therefore struggle with the wands that come with the mascaras we buy), the waste problem isn't with the brushes themselves. It's that amount of PRODUCT that gets wasted is phenomenal. On a regular mascara wand you know it's not going anywhere, just right back in the bottle. But with these, whatever's left on the back of your hand or on the brush is just getting chucked out! And while I could say that this will get better with more practice, I'm not sure that (for me personally) the benefits of using the orange and purple wands outweigh the extra time and waste it takes to apply the product and then wash the excess off my hand! I would probably save using the wands I like for special occasions when I really want flawless application so the waste doesn't bother me as much... but as a regular tool I'd definitely skip it.

Due to problems with an itchy and flaky scalp, I turned to this and its matching shampoo... and this combination healed my scalp completely within 2 weeks! This conditioner is amazing on its own as well, as it smells great and it left my hair feeling soft, silky, and beautiful. Easily my HG conditioner, especially if my hair's been under a lot of stress.

As I discovered, it was the SLS that was causing this reaction, and this was a shampoo I reached for... and it healed my scalp in just two weeks! Within that time my scalp was no longer itching or flaking... and best of all this shampoo smells great, lasts forever (a little goes a long way!), and doesn't contain SLS! It's also a great clarifying shampoo for those who don't have sensitive scalp concerns, but just want to remove excess build-up.
