I normally wear an overnight or super incontinence pad and washable incontinence underwear each day and each night (I have to change them at least at night or in the afternoon). This extra longer liner product works a lot better than a normal incontinence liner. I usually wear an overnight or thick incontinence pad during the day and most nights. This product was fairly absorbent and absorbed the wee. I did wear incontinence underwear during the trial, as I normally wear that too, in addition to wearing the incontinence liner.
