I was hesitant at first to give home waxing another try after so many bad experiences in the past however when BH offered me the opportunity to do so I thought..."okay one last time...if this doesn't go well I will turn my back on the idea forever" so to you BH I thank you! These wax strips have proven to be the easiest and by far the nicest at home waxing I have ever tried. The wax strips are designed for people with sensitive skin which must have been the issue I was facing all along because these bad boys gave me the nicest wax without the horror. The instructions couldn't be any easier to follow if they tried which is fantastic and the box shows how the "zip back" method is meant to work which is a lifesaver as this action is what takes away the pain. Simply warm the strip up between your hands and pull the wax strip apart thus giving you two ready to use...reusable strips. Smooth the strip on the desired location, pull the skin taut and ZIP BACK! finish off with wiping the area down with the after care wipe and huzzah done! sit back and enjoy nice hair free legs/arms/whatever. Pros: -smells nice, not overpowering -gentle on sensitive skin -hardly any mess, simply clean up by pressing the opposite side of the strip on any residue -hydration boost! my legs are still lovely and supple days later from the aftercare wipe -actually works well to remove hair...and is easy to use -doesn't hurt if you get the "zip back" motion right -reuse a single strip multiple times Cons: - a little time consuming - takes a few strips for large areas (both legs)

When BH invited me to trial these wipes I was quite sceptical that they'd work, track record has always proven that wipes just push make up around and give me major panda eyes! Alas a wipe that doesn't do this...woohoo! The wipes come in a small handy pack that will fit easily in your handbag for on the go convenience. The access lip of the pack is also a thicker plastic so you can rest assured that the wipes won't dry out from a peeled up plastic top...even better. The wipe itself is a nice thick material with raised bumps on it which I found great for getting into the pores and removing the more imbedded make up. The biggest pro for the wipes I have found is the easiness of it, at the end of a long day there is nothing I want more than to just jump into bed however can't because that's a big no no...quick and easy using one wipe and a few circular motions and I'm free to go.

I was lucky enough to trial the sonic mini thanks to BH and I am so grateful, this little machine is amazing. The sonic mini comes with the bristle brush attachment already but you can purchase additional/replacement heads...this is where the silicone heads come in. When I first opened the sonic mini I thought the bristle brush attachment was amazingly soft...until I opened the silicone replacement heads. Oh my goodness do these little things feel soft, I was extremely excited to rip the bristle brush off and click on the silicone head. To use I first gave the silicone head a rinse and put a mixture of cleanser and water on my face. Next I took the mini with the silicone head attachment and started making circles in my soapy face... turning it on the first speed setting ofcourse. I was pleasantly surprised to find that the silicone bristles acted like a thousand tiny fingers massaging at my face...how could this possibly be a routine?...I felt like I was at a day spa getting pampered. After the first thirty seconds I amped the machine up into the second setting...I'm not sure what tingled more...my face or my hand either way I was getting a deep clean and a massage...what is not to love! My only negative comment for the silicone head is that it doesn't hold the cleanser/water in the head like the bristle brush does therefore when adding any extra cleanser/water it must be applied directly to the face (which really is no big deal at all) it just makes for a bit more of a mess. Overall I am so pleased with the whole system and love the silicone attachment, I would absolutely recommend both to friends and family.

I have always wanted to try one of these little machines so I was super stoked when BH offered me the opportunity to do so..thank you BH!! First things first is the charge, this little beauty only requires a 2 hour charge for 5 hours run time...uhhh awesome! I've never been good at putting things on the charge regularly so thankfully you don't need to with this little guy..win! Another bonus of this little machine is that it can be used in the shower thus cutting down the amount of bathroom time. The sonic mini comes with a bristle type brush head that easily attaches to the machine and is soft to the touch. To use the machine simply dampen the brush head or your face with water and product then press the button to go. The mini has two speed settings to choose from and you can do so by simply clicking the button again after it is on. For the best clean use circular motions over the face. The circles are to be done manually as the machine only vibrates...I thought the head would rotate to save me from doing so but hey nevermind! The bristle brush head...at first when I opened the box I was in awe of how soft the bristle brush was...I had never felt a bristle brush so soft before and was super keen to use it. After a minute of use the bristle brush didn't feel so soft anymore...I started to feel what you would picture a bristle brush to feel like...a bit scratchy and not so pleasant, I quickly added some more cleanser to my face and finished off the last of the recommended "two minutes" clean time. The added cleanser helped a small amount but overall my face felt a little sore and not beautifully soft like I had imagined it would, still as far as cleaning goes this little fella works wonders...I could not find any make up particles in any pores.

Firstly thank you BH for the opportunity to trial this baby..I am certainly impressed. When I read about the erase it mitt I was quite skeptical as every other cloth or wipe I've tried in the past has always just "pushed the makeup around" rather than taking it off....especially mascara! So other than doing its job as promised I've put together a quick snippet of pros and cons for this mitt, Pros: -Again...it actually works to remove make up...even the most stubborn as it claims -Super soft! like the softest fabric in the world -Easy to use, being a small square it's relatively easy to manipulate into the corners of the face to get the hard to reach make up out -Being small also means that it is super convenient for travelling, it takes up next to no room at all and you don't even need to pack a face cleanser as it does it all with the power of water. Now although the product is uh-maz-ing it does have a few little things that could be tweaked. Cons: -It is a small square....personally I think that it would be better off as more of a hand mitt as you can maneuver your fingers easier to get into cracks (along the nose/inner corners of eyes) -The dreaded cleaning, whilst the instructions say that you can hand wash it and dry then every few days machine wash it I found that giving it a hand wash with soap straight after use was a little difficult. The erase it is great with getting make up off your face but it seems to cling on to it for dear life which makes cleaning it a little challenging...give it a good scrub. Overall though I'd happily go out and buy the product again and recommend it to others.

Let me just start by saying if I could give this four and a half stars I would. For the most part this product is absolutely wonderful, the one downfall I believe is the sponge (which I will get into later) as for the positives let me list them for you. The first thing that comes to mind when I think of this product is the smell, it’s not over powering like many other hair removal creams I have tried in the past which is a big bonus for me. I love a good scent but have a sensitive sniffer so when I smelt this I was relieved that doing my legs wasn’t going to be a “blast the fan! open the window!” kind of ordeal. The most important positive for this product which I suppose should really come before the smell (you can tell what I find more pressing) is that it actually works! Yep you read right...this product actually works...provided that you slather it evenly all over where you want the hair to be removed ofcourse, which brings me to the next point. If you want the hair gone you have to do it right, make sure you have covered the areas with enough product...sounds super simple but this is something I did struggle with. Now this may just be me but I did find that one area of my leg that I didn’t cover quite thick enough didn’t remove all of the hair...not sure it’s a nice look having a beautifully smooth leg then BAM patch of hair. Lastly for the positives is the amount of time it takes, waaaaay quicker than shaving hooray!! Although this did take some time trying to get it right I feel in the future I’ll be even quicker again which makes me wonder why I wasted so much time in the past dealing with the skin knicking, time consuming, bothering mess that is shaving. Now to that one small white thin rectangle of an issue with this product...the sponge. Don’t get me wrong it does it’s job but it could be better. I love how it bends when applying the product it’s the removal that is the issue. On the bottle the directions state for removal to use the sponge...no...just no. Whilst it does work to help remove (exfoliate if you will) hair, it is a total pain. The sponge becomes so thin that it feels like it is going to break apart and you have to continually stop to get it back to shape. Overall if the sponge is the only downside I’d happily invest in a different one and continue to use the product.

When I first recieved this product I was really excited to try a new foundation that promised to give good coverage and stay all day. Upon opening my parcel I was greeted with a clear bottle with very minimal writing, very simple. I was thrilled to see that the colour of the foundation was almost identical to my hand holding it, I've constantly had a struggle trying to find a shade that matched well. The bottle has a nice easy pump to dispense the foundation which was a big tick! as for the consistency...also perfect not too thick but not super runny either that just ends in a mess.
There wasn't much of a scent to the foundation either like many I have come across which was also a bonus. As someone who has suffered with acne for a really long time I have a lot of scarring and still quite a few outbreaks, I found this foundation did quite a good job in providing an overall coverage for my face however I did need to apply a few layers on problem areas. The foundation did do as promised and stayed the whole day which was a pleasant surprise. Overall the foundation was fantastic, the shade was a great match for my skin although over summer I'd perhaps go up a shade, in the end a very great product that I'd happily recommend.

The packaging is an eye catching hot pink and matches the shampoo bottle. Garnier have also written on the back of the product why it works and ofcourse how to use it. Another bonus for the range is that they have made the bottles recyclable and the product environmentally friendly (WAY TO GO!) As far as the product itself is concerned the conditioner smells amazing! Not quite as strong as the shampoo but still enough to leave my hair (and the rest of the house) smelling beautiful. The consistency of the conditioner is thick and creamy and glides through my hair with ease, like the shampoo it isn’t too runny or too thick. The conditioner made my hair feel silky even after it had been washed out which I wasn’t used to, I spent ages trying to wash it out of my hair after it had long gone! (Silly me). Overall I found that the product has made my hair much softer and thicker too as promised. Very impressed Garnier, well done.

The first thing I noticed with these products was obviously the packaging…and how couldn’t you? The pink is super vibrant and pretty. The bottles themselves were quite slim and easy to handle My first impression of the product inside of the bottle however was “WOW”. The shampoo has quite a strong fresh and fruity scent but was not overpowering to me as I am a HUGE fan of scents (provided that they are nice of course). The consistency of the shampoo was also perfect in that it wasn’t too thick or too runny and it lathered up nicely. After using the shampoo I noticed that my hair would stay cleaner for longer, not requiring me to use anywhere near as much dry shampoo between washes which was a bonus. I was also able to notice a significant difference in how thick my hair was which was quite a surprise as I have tried many different products to get thicker hair with none of them working. Overall the product has held up its end of the bargain and has given me thicker more manageable hair that has life and bounce.

When invited into this trial team we were asked to consider why it is we would like to make a change. Expecting my first child I was told that my hair would be in the best shape of its life…well I’m calling BULL! Yes it seems to be able to handle itself okay but that is probably more due to the fact that I barely touch it, no dyes and minimal styling…I just can’t be bothered! When the products arrived I jumped straight into the shower to try them out and overall I am quite pleased. Whilst the shampoo was strong in scent the conditioner was much more tame, so tame in fact that I was a little disappointed as I am a huge fan of scented products…nevermind. When conditioning I did notice I had to use a little more conditioner than I would normally as the shampoo had dried out my locks a little, still not a problem. The conditioner glided through my hair quite well and was left to soak for a few minutes (apparently this is something we can do for a deeper condition…who knew!). The product washed out just as easy and had left my hair feeling nice and silky. Once my hair had dried I did see a noticeable difference, my hair appeared to be refreshed and felt light something in which I have only experienced after a hairdresser visit! WIN! Overall the product has done wonders to my hair and the only (minor) let down is that the smell doesn’t last like I would have hoped.
