It's been a long time since I've tried a new bullet lipstick! I am fussy with lipstick, especially when a more bold colour. I have a preference for a certain level of creaminess, it's staying power and the way it fades, along with the smell. I chose the shade "Fireside". It's a darker, reddy, warm pink. It's a gorgeous shade, more bold on my pale skin, but still a natural pink tone. The Revlon Super Lustrous Ultra Lipstick is a great combination of all of these factors. It has a classic bullet design, with a gorgeous gold glitter design. The glitter is thankfully sealed with a top layer, so it has no texture and will not come off. For creaminess - it's a great blend. Creamy enough to glide on smoothly, but not too creamy that it slides all over my face! It has a good creaminess level that feels more hydrating to wear. For its wear - I love a lipstick that wears nicely, because no lipstick ever stays on all day/night. It wears evenly, still looking nice in appearance, without a defined ugly "lipline". It does last a while on my lips, not through eating a meal, but it does last a little while without needing to be reapplied. It has a light, Vanilla-y scent which is not too overpowering and doesn't last too long after application. Overall I really liked this lipstick! I would compare it to my Mac lipsticks.

I love the CeraVe Foaming Cleanser! I use it every single night. It's a gel formula that foams up a little bit when you start to work it in. It cleans off makeup, and gently cleanses the skin without overly drying. I use this as my second cleanse. It has almost no scent, is gentle on my sensitive skin, and doesn't leave you with that tight dry feeling. I love that it comes in a smaller and larger size, I keep the large size in my shower and it is such good value for money. It's dispensed with a simple pump (like a soap bottle) that makes it easy to use one-handed and not get too much product. For context of my review, I have normal/oily sensitive skin, that is acne prone.

Loove this mineral powder! Cheaper than the other leading brands, but with just as good of an ingredients list. The powder has excellent coverage, and behaves beautifully on top of sunscreen, on it's own, on top of makeup. Mineral powders work best when buffed into the skin, and I find it works so well at covering blemishes and pigmentation even without foundation underneath. There is a slight shimmer to the powder on the skin, but it creates a glow not a glitter look. I have bought at least 5 of these since first trying. It's excellent!

I purchased the Nyx Brow Glue because everybody raves about it. Unfortunately, it didn't work for me! My unruly brows were not able to be held down with this gel. I tried a few different ways, applying like soap brows, applying like a normal brow gel. And unfortunately it still wouldn't keep my brow hairs in place! I did like the packaging, and the brush was a great little shape. Plus I did like the formula and it's stickiness, but I get better results from hair gel and will keep using that instead!

I really enjoyed my experience with the GLAM by Manicare Lift & Curl lashes in Tilly! I have worn a fair bit of false lashes in my years of being a makeup girlie, and the Tilly are definitely a type of lash that I like to wear! They are wispy and beautiful, adding length without having that "pow-pow" intense, thick false lash look. They are styled in a way that looks like your lashes but better! The design and the look of the lashes are one thing, but the deciding factor on a lash for me is the band - the comfort, longevity, and ease of application. Thick, ribbony bands are not my friend. A thick ribbony band can be way harder to apply! I often find myself bending the band between my fingers as the glue is drying just to ensure the lash will fit, and these lashes are the biggest culprit for spiky-inner corners. The GLAM by Manicare Lift & Curl lash in Tilly had my favorite kind of band - one that almost doesn't exist. There is enough to put glue on and adhere to the lid, but it's perfectly curved and comfortable. The lightweight design of the lashes meant they were so comfortable to wear. I could barely tell that I was wearing false lashes, so for a beginner these are perfect to get used to the lash feeling! And for beginners, application is so easy! The glue that comes with the lash is quite good quality, too! It sets semi-quickly (quicker than duo) which is good for beginners, and makes the application easier if you're unfarmilliar with lash application! I'm a big fan and will wear them over and over!

I really liked this setting spray! NYX Setting sprays are always nice, I would normally use the 'mattifying' spray as I generally go for a matte finish. I got this setting spray from the BH Rewards room, worth a try! The setting spray comes in the typical nyx spray packaging, it's a little bottle but that's fine as a lot of setting sprays use packaging tricks to make you think there is more! The pump is nice, and the mist is okay. Not the finest of mists, but doesn't usually spray huge globules of water on to your face! As for longevity, I never see an improvement in the wear of my makeup with sprays, so I didn't expect it with this one. It does a very nice job of making your makeup look more like SKIN and less like makeup. Dewy sprays generally do this very well anyway! HOWEVER - it definitely does not make the skin look 'plumped' at all. I wouldn't expect a setting spray to be able to do this, so it's a bit of a weird claim for a setting spray anyway. Overall - I liked the spray! I would get it again.

I remember when I first bogught this "CC+ Cream", and realized what was with all the hype. It's a really high coverage foundation, with a nice colour and gorgeous finish. I don't believe the skincare claims, however. I don't think it's really possible to have actual skincare benefits from any sort of foundation. Having SPF50+ in the product is definitely a bonus, but when having to reapply sunscreen every 4ish hours that can get difficult with a full face of makeup. As for the longevity, this foundation just doesn't make the cut for me. When I'm spending this sort of money, I expect the product to last a little bit longer, and instead of purchasing this I would rather grab double wear, which will last all day on my skin. Really nice, but wouldn't buy it again.

I love the maybelline Face Studio Master Fix Setting Spray! This spray is a great size. I don't know why, but I much prefer a squat shorter spray than a thin longer one! The sprays lid is a good size too, I hate those finnicky little clear lids. The spray itself is a really fine mist, which is so refreshing! It helps set the makeup, without big droplets of setting spray landing on your face. It really helps to make powder look more like 'skin' texture and less like powder. As for longevity, I can't say I notice a difference when I wear it as to when I don't, but I've never had a setting spray really do that for me. MY favorite for such a good price!
