The powdery, floral scent of these pads are very strong, even noticeable when I opened the postal packaging. The product packaging instructions say to wet the pads slightly, then use them as you would use normal cotton pads with makeup remover. I have tried to use these pads in various scenarios. I tried using these pads on my face to remove sunscreen, on my eyes to remove waterproof gel eyeliner, eyeshadow and mascara, on my lips to remove lipstick/lipgloss. The cotton pads are also quite sturdy, I can use the damp cotton pads on one side, until it is saturated with makeup/sunscreen, then I will fold it in half and continue using it. So far, these pads have been able to clean away makeup and sunscreen effectively. Afterwards, my skin doesn't feel dried out. Overall, I have enjoyed using these pads. The container lid has a rose gold edge and the container is clear/white. Nivea has been a well-known pharmacy/supermarket skincare brand, but this nice colour theme adds a touch of luxe. The day cream is light pink in colour, and has a noticeable signature Nivea moisturiser scent. While the moisturiser doesn't feel heavy, I would say this isn't a lightweight moisturiser. To use on hot summer days, it's likely to make my skin very oily. However, on cold winter days like now, it's been a good option to keep my skin moisturised without making it extra oily. I appreciate that it's SPF15 and it doesn't irritate my skin like other SPF day creams. SPF15 is fine for winter, but I would probably add sunscreen during summer. I have been using this Nivea day cream, along with the matching night cream, during the trial period; and I am glad to see my skin remains hydrated the whole day. Overall, this is a very nice day cream and I have enjoyed using this.

The container lid has a rose gold edge and the container is navy blue. Nivea has been a well-known pharmacy/supermarket skincare brand, but this nice colour theme adds a touch of luxe. The night cream is light peach in colour, and has a noticeable signature Nivea moisturiser scent. This is definitely a thick, heavy night cream. In fact, much heavier than I anticipated. It's almost like thick body butter from TheBodyShop. When I used this night cream initially, I made the mistake of using the usual amount for night cream, and it felt very heavy. A little certainly goes a long way. I have been using this Nivea night cream, along with the matching day cream, during the trial period; and I am glad to see my skin remains hydrated when I wake up in the morning. Overall, this is a truly moisturising night cream for winter. It could be too heavy for summer, but for now, it's a great option for me.

I was fortunate to be given my first preference of colour choices, 016 Rich Merlot, which is one of the satin shades. Looking at the colour range when I was choosing my shade, I would say the colours available are mostly vibrant, spring/summer shades and nude/neutral shades suitable for professional settings. 016 Rich Merlot is a very dark red, but I would say 'Cherry Blaze' is the darkest of the range. The lipstick is 4g and comes in a signature Elizabeth Arden cardboard packaging. The lipstick tube is metallic lilac and gold. I love the magnetic losing mechanism in the lipstick tube lid, as it gives a very satisfying click. The lipstick has a lovely vanilla cake scent, similar to MAC lipsticks. I expect nothing less from a high-end brand. I prep my lips with lip balm, before applying the lipstick straight from the bullet. The pigmentation is wonderful, one swipe will give you a very saturated colour. But be aware that the lipstick is not transfer-proof, as you eat and drink throughout the day, you will leave lipstick stain on your cups etc. It is fairly comfortable to wear this satin-shade lipstick and it doesn't feel too drying. However, when you re-apply during the day without another prep layer of lip balm, it might feel a little dry. The colour is reasonably longlasting throughout the day, and I didn't notice any feathering around my lips, which is common for dark lipsticks, so great job, Elizabeth Arden! Overall, I have really enjoyed using the Elizabeth Arden Lip Colour lipstick. I love the shade I received 'Rich Merlot', pigmentation is great, non-drying and no feathering. A truly beautiful product and I will try other colours in the range in future.
