I expected this serum to be thick, and maybe a bit difficult to rinse out but found that it is light and creamy. Really easy to use in place of the regular conditioner. For me, once a week was enough to keep my hair lovely and shiny. You just need to leave it in for a couple of minutes, or you can pop it in and go about your business for a couple of hours. My hair has been really nice while using this product along with the matching shampoo and conditioner. It's been easy to style and definitely seems less frizzy than usual.

I tried this conditioner along with the Dove Intensive Repair shampoo. The conditioner is thick and creamy and I found that I could use a really small amount. After washing I combed the conditioner through my hair very easily, any tangles came out really nicely. After rinsing my hair really smooth. My hair is prone to being frizzy but I only needed a small amount of product when styling my hair to make it smooth and shiny. The conditioner didn't leave my hair limp, it has been bouncy and easy to straighten. I can also leave it in it's naturally curly state without it turning frizzy.

Thanks BH for sending me this shampoo to try. Overall I like it very much. I like the simple clean packaging, it indicates that the product itself is simple and fresh. It's nice and easy to dispense and use. The shampoo has a very light pleasant scent and lathers nicely. I found that I only needed one wash to get my hair clean. Not sure whether it's just because my hair is relatively short, but it didn't tangle much either. I only had to wash my hair every two to three days to keep it looking fresh and bouncy.

I was so excited to get the opportunity to try this product. My eye issues are signs of ageing and under-eye puffiness. My eyes tend to be puffy even when I'm not tired, and I've not found any product to help with that until now. The Elizabeth Arden Prevage 2.0 is smooth & creamy. It absorbs easily and does not irritate my eye area at all. It also has a great applicator tip so you don't need to touch it with your fingers. I have been using the product now for several weeks, and although it doesn't work miracles (but then again what does?) the skin under my eyes is definitely less puffy. I'm hoping that with ongoing use this will continue to improve. It's a great product and I really like it. Thanks for sending it to me BH!

I have fairly fine frizz-prone hair. I don't like to use products that are too heavy as they leave my hair quite flat. This conditioner is light but effective. I didn't need to use too much and it was easy to comb through and to rinse out. The scent is lovely and subtle. I love the pump pack and the fact that there are no parabens or alcohol in the product. My hair was not completely frizz-free after using the product, but was definitely smoother than usual. Overall I think this is a good affordable product for those of us with frizzy hair.

I have quite frizzy hair and was happy to receive this product from BH. The shampoo has a lovely texture, it's nice and creamy but not too thick. The scent is very pleasant and subtle. It lathered well and I only needed one wash, whereas with a lot of other shampoos I need to wash twice. I gave my hair a really good scrub and it didn't tangle up too much. I like the pump pack too .. so much easier and cleaner to use that a little pop-top and you don't have to stand the shampoo upside-down. This bottle will last me for ages and I think it's excellent value for money. I can't say that I was left with no frizz or fly-away hairs at all, but overall my hair was probably smoother after washing than with most other shampoos that I've tried.

I found this product a little difficult to apply as it dries quite quickly and you don't have much time to get it right. Then you have to keep your lips apart for a full minute so that it sets properly Having said that, once it was on it STAYED on. I never thought I'd see the day when a lipstick would stay on my lips for longer than an hour or so. I applied this at 7am and it's now 10am and the lippy is still going strong. Have only reapplied the topcoat once too. I don't mind if it stains my lips, this won't bother me at all . . . it's more important that it stays on than comes off easily :-)

I have very sensitive skin and suffer from rosacea, so a lot of products make my skin red and sting-ey. Olay Total Effects is wonderully light and moisturising, and never irritates my skin. My mum has different skin concerns but is also very sensitive so I suggested that she try this too, and she has never looked back. We'd both recommend this one to anyone who wants a gentle and cost effective day moisturiser that really works and leaves your skin feeling lovely.

I love this cream, not only because it doesn't irritate my sensitive skin at all, not only because it leaves my skin feeling soft and hydrated, but also because I can actually see an improvement in the overall look of my skin after using this product for about a month. It's really good stuff and I highly recommend it.
