About me
I'm a nutritionist who practices and preaches that what we put into our bodies and how we take care of our skin over the years makes all the difference in how we age. In the past, I've tested out products on my own, keeping a portfolio for personal reference of ingredients along with notes about my impressions and now, I just enjoy the opportunity to share any of my own great finds and learn from other's experiences. I was that kid who loved cosmetic-making kits and experimenting with ingredients and, as an adult, I've found that my background in science and health (along with my desire to age as gracefully as possible) has served me well in understanding the impact that proper self-care has on how we look and feel.Age range
