I am not good at doing my hair, but after a few goes I could get the easy high bun style using the instructions and pictures shown. The only thing is I could not see the back of it so unable to see how neat it was. There is another style shown called the twisted Chignon Bun, which I found a bit trickier, particularly as I have fine and quite layered hair, so probably not for me. However the roller really seams to keep hair very securely in place and does not feel tight at all, hardly notice its there. I found it perfect for putting up hair to sleep at night, better than scrunchies etc I currently use. With a bit of practice I believe its a good tool particularly for those with long to medium hair, maybe not so much if hair is quite short or heavily layered.

Thank you to BH for giving me the opportunity to trial olay regenerist micro sculpting cream. I found the cream to be lightweight and able to sink into skin quite well, with no greasy residue. Have only been using it for a couple of weeks or so - both day and night - but so far have not noticed a discernable difference. As I am in the ölder" age group it would probably take much longer to show - or I need stronger ingredients. Younger skins may show better results. The first ingredient is water - which seems to be normal for most (but not all) skincare - the last being a peptide - although no indications of how much of this is used and indeed if sufficient amounts of the major anti-aging ingredients used. I am going to keep using this and test on other parts of the body also, so i can better compare results.
