Was given this product to trial as part of Beautyheaven's Trial team. I have used caffeine shampoos and conditioners before but found they did nothing. Hoped that this one would be different. It did start well. There was no real scent and the product was think and milky. The first couple of weeks I thought it was impressive, I had volume and smoothness in my hair but I am not sure why - over time my hair has gone back to feeling dry, straw-y and frizzy. You would need to up your hair washing routine as I found I needed to go back to washing daily instead of my 2 - 3 turnaround time between washes. I won't try this again

The scent was not overly pleasant and I couldn't understand the requirement to leave on for 2 minutes (and the conditioner on for a shorter time). There was some hairfall in the shower which I am now prone to have given my age (over 50) and after finally combatting hairfall with other shampoos and conditioners, this shampoo started the hair fall again. It does leave hair feeling straw-y but the conditioner did smooth the product down. Thank you Beautyheaven for allowing me to be part of the Trial Team on this product. I started out being excited for this product - that fact that it was 2 in 1 and that I could perhaps learn to curl my hair. That's where it stops. I am a little miffed how this product has been voted as a Top Product for Beautyheaven users - perhaps I am using it wrong. Being time poor, I haven't had time to play with the curl setting but I will get my daughter to help me with that one down the track - that could change my review. I did use it for 2 weeks as a straightener. I find it heavy, bulky and clunky. I tried all the heat settings and found it took longer than my other straightener to heat up no matter how high or low I set the temperature. I also found that even with the the flexicovers, I found the barrel became quite hot to touch. Not to mention that I cannot t count how many times I got the lower part of my finger caught between the tongs. At 150 degrees, there was no real effect on smoothing my hair and going up to between 190 - 230 degrees because my hair is already damaged and broken through age and colouring, I was nervous of using at those temperatures. Also found that I could not read the temperature settings and had to guess for a few days what heat setting I was on.

I loved this product for the lightweightedness considering I have an older design Remington Hairdryer that was very powerful. This dryer doesn't dry my hair as quickly as my more powerful dryer - it takes about another 10 minutes to dry my hair. I haven't had a chance to try the diffusers although they may be of no use to me as I have relatively straight hair (that also gets straightened daily). It does tend to get a little too hot when held to close to the hair root so I am yet to understand how Remington states it has a sensor to regulate the air temperature. I'm still learning how to use the Flyaway Tamer attachment, it's awkward for someone who doesn't have time to play with their hair. I think this would be my go to hair dryer for travel as it is fairly lightweight and has a shorter cord that my normal dryer but I am not certain I could keep using it as an every day dryer. Recently received this product as part of the Beautyheaven Trial Team. I have so many balms on hand, because my lips are chronically dry. This balm has left my lips feeling hydrated and soft. It starts with a tingle and cooling sensation but doesn't burn or become uncomfortable. The scent is sweet and smells a little like cloves. I don't mind the squeeze tube packaging that it comes in as I prefer to put a little on my finger and then apply to my lips. It lasts all day and doesn't create lip flakes between applications.

Was happy to be part of the trial team for this product as I am always looking for a good hydrating skin loation as the skin on my legs has become very dry. The lotion comes in a neat little pump bottle that makes dispensing the lotion so easy. I found that one pump was enough to to do my legs as the lotion was absorbed easily without leaving my skin feeling greasy. I'm not sure about the claims that it provides 24 hour hydration as I definitely had to reapply after each shower. The lotion has no scent that I could detect. It doesn't take up much room on the bathroom basin either.

I was given this item to trial for Beautyheaven and giggled that I should be given this product as I am over the age of 50 and in the throes of menopause. I certainly did not think that this product would be of any benefit to me. However I was pleasantly surprised. It smells quite nice without having an overpowering scent, I can't pinpoint what the scent is - perhaps roses? It doesn't burn, dry out or make the vaginal area and provides at least 8 hours of freshness. I really do like this product and would buy again. I do recommend for menopausal women for help with their confidence if they feel a little funky about the downstairs.

Thank you to the Beautyheaven team for letting me trial this product. I used this lipbalm fora period of two (2) weeks. This lipbalm did not make my lips feel instantly hydrated, perhaps because the consistency is harder and thicker. I had to be quite heavy handed with application. Within 30 minutes it didn't feel like I had any lip balm on. I like to put lip balm on my lips before bed and usually my lips feel lovely and soft the next morning. It didn't matter when I used this balm my lips felt rather dry. There is no scent and just didn't feel like a lot deposits on the lips.

I have used a lot of John Frieda products over the years. Not sure if the product ingredients change over the years but as part of the Beautyheaven Trial Team I raised an eyebrow as the last time I used the product it was unimpressive. Sadly this serum still didn't make the cut on being better. I have fine (menopausal) hair that is prone to breakage and is fine. This product didn't do anything to tame the frizz of my broken hair ends. My hair definitely need to wash my hair daily when I use this serum as my hair feels like it has build up - ordinarily I wash my hair every 2 to 3 days. This serum just isn't for me. I feel there need to be a few improvements to this formula to make it a great product that stands by its "Extra Strength" Title.

I was given this item as part of the Beautyheaven Trial Team to test. Following the directions a pump or two is sufficient to cover your face and even your neck and chest region. My routine was to rub the two pumps of fluid between the hands smooth on to face and then add a little water to foam up the product. I found using a facial brush helped rather than using a cleanser on its own - it made my face feel fresher and cleaner. Washing off I found that that it left a bit of an oily film on my face which I wasn't thrilled about so would go back to my normal facial cleaner to remove the oily residue. I have used a cleansing pad after using the product and it does appear that it removes deeper dirt, I feel more confident using other products over this one. Biggest win for this product is it doesn't leave the skin dry.
