It actually works!!! I started to see results after a week of using the eye cream. It addressed my concerns of puffiness and dark circles. This cream is lightweight, easy to apply with your fingers and absorbs into the skin fast. After using this cream for a few weeks, i've noticed my under eye area is brighter, it has reduced the puffiness and the area looks more plump. I found it to be very hydrating -It's great to use as a primer, under your concealer. It doesn't make your concealer crease or crack - which is a bonus. I have very sensitive eyes and i tend to have reactions when using certain products. I applied this product twice a day, everyday and i had no issues or allergic reactions. I would definitely buy this product again and have it as part of my skincare routine.

When i first started using this conditioner, i thought it would take time to see results, but after a week of using it, my dandruff decreased. I love the smell of the conditioner, it's a sweet summer scent that releases from the bottle. I have long, thick hair, and found that i did not need to use a lot of the product.. a little really goes a long way. After week of using this product i did find that my hair was little more voluminous, settled my itchy scalp and decreased my dandruff. But i did find that it dries out my hair at the ends , therefore i had to use a treatment to soften the ends. Even though it dries out my hair, i would still use this product, as it does a fantastic job with dandruff and the problem is easily fixed with a treatment or hair mask.

I was really excited to use these products, as i suffer from bad dandruff. The first thing i've notice was the sweet scent when you open the shampoo and conditioner bottles. Both have a creamy consistency, it just glides through your hair. The shampoo lathers well, you don't need to over work the product to feel like it's working. I have long hair, with most products i i need to use double the amount to cover my hair,but not with these products , a little goes a long way. After air drying my hair, I didn't see much difference in regards to extra volume in hair. That may be the case due to having very thick and long hair. After a week of using both products, i found that my hair started to feel dry and it started to tangle much easier. But the amount of dandruff had decreased. I will still buy these products, even though it dries out my hair.

To tell you the truth, i struggled doing the intermittent fasting and having lower calories in my diet. It took about a week and bit for my body to adjust to the new routine. At first i felt low in energy, really hungry and i found it difficult to stop myself from opening the fridge and look for food. Once my body adjusted to my new eating plan, i found that i had more energy, less bloated and less hungry - as time went on. Out of the 2 flavours- chocolate and vanilla, i prefer the vanilla - it smells devine. At least with the vanilla , i can add fruit and blend it into a smoothie. It was easy to make, just add the real replacement powder to water in a blender or shaker and mix it all up. The only thing i found surprising was that you had to use water to mix the meal replacement powder. Which i found surprising as many other similar products allow you to use almond milk.
