This is the mascara I always come back to. It lives in my make-up bag, my bathroom, travel bag - clearly a necessity ;) It gives my naturally long lashes instant depth with a bold and smoky finish. The black kohl pigment is quite dark, perfect for night, but I also love to wear it in the day if I really need a boost of confidence or want me my eyes to really pop! It layers well with my other mascaras and helps when I want to achieve extra fullness and I always receive compliments whenever I wear it.

I get why people rave about this product. On me it is a straight-up length maker: two light coats give me long, nicely separated long lashes that provide a nice frame for my eyes. Volume is rather modest, so I use it as my lengthening step and then layer with one of my Maybelline volume mascaras when I want extra punch. The brush is easy to control and makes it easy to reach the tiny lashes in the inner corners of my eyes. I love the colour and style of the product and that I can grab it from most retailers.

This is my new go-to for volume! I am blessed to have naturally long lashes but not much fullness and this builds them up fast without feeling heavy. I like to layer this with my other favourite mascaras (Maybelline of course) to give that extra oomph. The wand is quite flexible and flimsy, but it is workable and you quickly get used to it. I always blot my mascara wands with a bit of tissue before the first application, especially with a fresh tube and I have never had issues with clumping. I have repurchased this mascara many times because it is reliable, gives a nice bit of volume and comes in at a good price.

I use this sunscreen lotion most days. It's my go-to for gardening, heading to work and my other outings. I appreciate that it feels lightweight and non-greasy on my skin, especially when I am running late before an outing. It rubs in quickly and leaves my skin feeling moisturised. I mainly use it on my body during the week since I have a separate sunscreen for my face. On weekends at home, or when I am not wearing makeup, I use it all over. I also like that it comes in a larger size, is always a good price and is easy to find at a range of stores, especially the grocery store.

My hair is currently dark brown. I have used both the medium and dark brown dry shampoo on my hair. I love using the dark brown dry shampoo on my hair because it is great on touch-ups on the roots and gives my hair a bit of colour oomph, but it does leave a bit of colour residue (or maybe I'm just really messy haha). I like using the medium brown dry shampoo when I just want to have an easy hair touch up to look fresh (mainly because I hate the white residue from normal dry shampoo), it's not so much about the colour.
