Received this product to trial and review. I have thick long hair that is also quite dry and frizzy, was glad to receive this product to trial. The smell is really pleasant but I found the glaze oil to be quite heavy on my hair. I tried it on my hair both after towel drying and slightly damp and also on my hair dry. It gives a nice smell and immediately feels nice and hydrated and “glazed” but after a few hours seems to weigh my hair down and feel quite heavy and oily. I tried using a tiny amount to see if it makes a difference but just didn’t feel like I applied anything to my thick hair. I will still use this and quite like the product.

I’ve seen this viral lip tint all over TikTok the past few months, I was pleasantly surprised to receive it to review and excited to try it. Unfortunately, it advertises as being easy to use and not sticky, I found that the opposite. It was an extremely sticky and uncomfortable formula, it also left my lips looking dry as well. The applicator is small and cumbersome to use. I have pale skin but dark coloured lips naturally and I did not like how it turned out on my lips. I have tried other Korean branded lip tints that leave a lovely colour and application makes it feel barely there, this was the opposite.

I am a long time user and fan of Glam lashes, they’ve been my go to brand for the last 15 years! Loved receiving the Matilda for review, I have naturally thin straight lashes and can’t wear anything too heavy or thick on my lashes. These looked perfect and fit so well! They are called Ultra Comfy which is 100% correct! I used them twice and put them back in the packaging after cleaning and I think I can get much more use out of them too. They look gorgeous and natural on me as well with a slight cat eye effect.

I used this every night for two weeks, and unfortunately, it just didn’t work for my dry skin. It felt lightweight, but not nourishing or moisturizing enough, my skin still felt tight and dehydrated in the morning. I also noticed some mild irritation, with redness appearing after application. It might work better for someone with normal or combination skin, but it didn’t suit my needs. There are alcohol ingredients in the ingredients list, I have quite sensitive skin too which would explain why.

As someone with super dry skin who swears by Hada Labo and Japanese skincare, I was curious (and a bit hesitant) about trying this because of the higher price point here in Australia. But honestly? Totally worth it. This has been a lifesaver in our dry, cold winter especially with the heater running non-stop!! It leaves my skin incredibly soft, supple, and deeply hydrated without feeling heavy or greasy. The serum itself is lightweight, sinks in quickly, and layers beautifully under my makeup too. It’s become a staple in my routine and a winter must-have.

I was given this product as part of a Beauty Heaven trial. Unfortunately, I lost the instructions and couldn’t find them online, which made figuring out how to use it quite challenging. I have very thick, long hair that reaches the bottom of my back, and I found it hard to manoeuvre and style on my own. My hair kept sliding out while using the roller, so it might not be suitable for hair as long as mine. It may work better for someone with shorter or thinner hair, but for me, it didn’t feel as "easy" as advertised.

I've struggled with thinning hair, especially due to past alopecia. While I still have dense, thick hair overall, certain areas have been noticeably sparse, and my individual strands tend to be quite fine I’ve noticed with ageing and I also have natural undyed hair. I've been using Nioxin System 2 for just a few weeks now, and so far, I'm impressed! I’ve already noticed new baby hairs growing around my temples, and they seem a bit thicker and stronger—they're definitely not falling out like they used to. It’s still early days, so I’ll need more time to fully evaluate the results, but it’s promising so far One thing I loved and noticed was the scalp hair treatment in the system contains a UV protectant, this is so important as I have light skin but dark hair which attracts light and especially in the Australian heat waves we are having right now. Trauma and damage to the scalp can lead to further hair loss. Looking forward to seeing how things progress with continued use!

I was lucky enough to receive Olay Micro Sculpting cream. For context I am 30 years old and have dry dull skin, no major wrinkles but some fine lines that are starting to form that I want to avoid getting worse I used this cream morning and night as it can be used for both, for the last few weeks, the first time I used it I woke up with plump skin that stayed hydrated throughout the night. The cream is thick and hydrating which did make my fine lines on my forehead appear much less. After a few weeks of using the cream I can definitely say my skin feels brighter and way more plump and I can feel my skin being way softer as well and I’d say has much more a glow and my foundation applies so much nicer now. I highly recommend this product, I cannot comment yet if my skin feels more firm as it has only been a few weeks.

Received the Sensibio Micellar Cleansing Oil from the Beauty Heaven 2024 event and absolutely love it. Hard to go wrong with a Bioderma cleansing oil or any of their products ever. I used this as a makeup remover and also a cleansing oil to wash and cleanse my skin on it's own before using a gel cleaner. Works so well and also leaves your skin feeling so soft afterwards and no irritation either. No breakouts as it does not clog your pores at all, just make sure to double cleanse afterwards with a water based cleanser. Highly recommend.

I received the frizz ease extra strength serum at the beauty heaven event 2024 to trial. To start off, I have wavy hair that gets frizzy easily, hair oils and serums are part of my daily routine. This hair oil worked great and doubles as a heat protectant which is amazing and saves me time and effort as well. I use a lot of oil serums for my hair, I did find this to be slightly too oily and didn't sink into my hair as nicely as others. It smells absolutely amazing but I am not the biggest fan of fragrances in hair products as it can cause irritation or hair loss.
