Thanks to the lovely BH community, a few years back I was the lucky winner of a GHD Air and the only thing that was missing was a diffuser for the curly headed in my fam. This diffuser is a must have for the Helios or Air and makes styling curls an absolute blast- excuse the pun! I've used this to define ringlets on my hubby and looser curls on myself and my daughter. I'm tempted to buy a second one as gift for my MIL. I simply adore this diffuser! It's not easy to find in store so definitely purchase it online!

I bought these Swisspers cleansing pads after a fellow BH member recommended them to me on my quest for a simplified beauty routine as I'm currently non-ambulant. I think I have a new favourite beauty product! They are lightweight and compact which helps me immensely as I'm having trouble handling bulky packages. I tear off a couple of squares and dip them in a water bowl and I'm able clean my whole face and neck pretty thoroughly. Most importantly, my face feels clean and hydrated which is more than I can say for regular make-up wipes. I love that these are eco-friendly and completely biodegradable. I have my young daughter using them as well and she's loving them! I will send some with her to her next school camp! I will definitely be repurchasing these!

Thanks Aveeno and Beautyheaven for the opportunity to review the Intense Relief Hand Cream. I had high hopes for this hand cream but I didn’t end up loving it. The texture was a bit bothersome; I found it a bit greasy and it didn’t absorb well. I love that it includes colloidal oatmeal as do all Aveeno products but I prefer to use regular Aveeno lotion to moisturise my hands. This might work well for rough areas such as kneecaps and elbows so I'll try that in the future. I don’t think I'll be purchasing this in the future.

The Aveeno Body Wash was wonderful to apply. The formula lathered beautifully and felt fantastic on the skin. Unlike many other washes, I found it didn’t strip my skin but was very gentle for every day use. The added colloidal oats left my skin feeling wonderfully soft and soothed. It was wonderful as a shaving lotion as well as it provided good slip and protection against nicks- it was much better than any shaving foam. I would recommend this wash to anyone with dry skin as it help me immensely and paired with the lotion it’s a dream pair!

This Aveeno Skin Relief moisturising lotion was an absolute dream to apply and helped my Winter parched skin. Like my other moisturisers, I applied it to damp skin after showering to better maintain my skin's hydration. I found the formula to be quite elegant and soothing and a little went a long way. I used it twice daily without issues and my skin is looking and feeling much better. The pump pack is very convenient to use. I love skincare containing colloidal oatmeal and this lotion is no exception. I will definitely be purchasing it repeatedly.

This conditioner surpassed my expectations. I never considered TRESemmé a premium quality product but it really delivers on its promises. My have loose curls that turn wiry if I don't use a leave-in conditioner. Often, I find such conditioners result in product buildup and weigh down my hair. TRESemmé Moisture Rich Conditioner solved these issues and after judicious application, I was left with ultra soft and shiny locks. I have a sensitive scalp and this conditioner was gentle enough to use twice weekly. It can also be used as a hair mask if you wish to use it in such a manner. I will definitely be purchasing this repeatedly.

I seldom use supermarket shampoos and conditioners but the TRESemmé Moisture Rich products may have converted me. The formula is quite lovely, nicely scented and offers a nice lather. I always wash my hair twice and this shampoo did a wonderful job of cleaning it without stripping my scalp of its natural oils. I'm sure the added vitamin E and jojoba oil helped the condition of my scalp. I normally suffer from a bit of product build up and this helped immensely with keeping that at bay. The bottles are huge and are best suited to sitting on the floor of a shower recess or on a sturdy shelf. I will be keeping this shampoo in rotation with my other salon shampoos. Thumbs up from me! Recommend it!

I'm a huge fan of LED light therapy so purchasing the CurrentBody Skin LED Light Therapy Mask was a no brainer! I have been using LED therapy for five months and the CB Skin Mask for three weeks; my skin is looking noticeably brighter and is firmer. The mask is a lot more convenient than using a lamp. I find LED light therapy to be quite drying so I suggest applying a hyaluronic acid serum prior to a session to counter this. Alternatively, if you want to see benefits sooner, explore using a green tea serum or DNA repairing enzyme serum. The mask is flexible and sits comfortably on my rather small face. I like that once it's charged, I can walk around with the mask although I still have to take care of the cord attached to the power supply. The power supply is for the UK but the mask kit comes with different power adapters. The mask contains 112 LEDs employing two kinds of light, red light (56 bulbs at 633nm) and infrared light (56 bulbs at 830nm). It stimulates collagen production, promotes skin brightening and tightening and visibly reduces pore size. 10 ten minute sessions using this mask is supposed to equate to a single in clinic session. I love listening to podcasts while I lie back and let the mask do it’s magic. This mask is one of my best skincare investments and I have no regrets purchasing it! I love CurrentBody and they’ve made a stellar device!

Thanks Elizabeth Arden and Beautyheaven for allowing me the opportunity to participate in this game changing trial! I must admit I'm a huge sceptic when it comes to eye creams and eye serums but the Prevage Anti-Aging Serum 2.0 has me converted. I don’t have many wrinkles around my eyes but I do suffer from puffiness and dark circles. The cooling applicator definitely helped with depuffing but the most noticeable result came with the reduction in appearance of my dark under-eye circles. I was in the Sky News audience for one of the Candidates' Forum and the camera had pulled focus on me- my eye area looked amazing. A journalist later reported my age as being in my 30s so the Prevage Anti-Aging Serum 2.0 is definitely working. Haha! The serum contains a small amount light reflecting particles in the form of mica but I didn't find this too bothersome. The packaging is beautiful and the formula is quite elegant- I will most likely purchase this serum again!

Cetaphil never fails to deliver and this cream is packed with so many wonderful goodies! This cream is very rich and you only need a small amount to cover your face and neck. It's applied as my final step during my skincare ritual and it leaves my skin oh so supple, itch free and wonderfully hydrated. The hydration seems to last throughout the day. Like all Cetaphil products, I love that it’s fragrance-free and packed with dry skin loving ingredients. The packaging needs improving as the lid doesn’t screw on well no matter how tightly I try to close it.
