I was keen to try this paddle brush as I have essentially given up all hope of finding one that doesn't rip out my hair, get funky real quick or creates a massive floofy hairdo. I have type 2c hair and prone to knots and frizziness, brushing for me is a nightmare because I am damned if I do and damned if I don't. I first used this brush in an almost experimental manner, on a newly formulated matted patch of hair at the back of my head. Usually at this point I will just wash and condition my hair, slowly brushing it out in the shower but I thought, why not put this to the test (even if it ends up getting stuck). Well to my surprise, it was so so gentle - I couldn't feel the normal pull and tearing sensation or see a flurry of hair cascading onto my bathroom floor. When running over my scalp it felt soft and not scratchy at all, it definitely didn't feel like the traditional hard plastic ends of paddle brushes of old. My hair still had some floof to it but it was a soft floof and not the usual poofy, furball-esque result I'm used to seeing. One thing I was very surprised about though was it's ability to de-frizz my hair. I could even run it over my hair while it was in an up-do without it messing it up and loosening it from my hair tie. This hair brush is also so incredibly light, it would be perfect packing in carry on luggage (although I'd be hesitant to damage the bristles) and the handle was slender which felt comfortable in my hand. When I use hair brushes with a handle I normally end up in a death grip but whenever I use this brush I don't experience that. While this brush may not become a daily feature in my life I will be using a paddle brush again and for once, enjoying it.

I have thick naturally wavy hair (Type 2C) which is prone to frizz and have very little capability at using a curling wand. This hair styler has been a dream, because of the 2 in 1 function I've been able to neaten up unruly parts of my hair and run back over to put in nicer waves/curls. The heating element is smaller than other units I've owned so you will need to section your hair properly otherwise it won't be as effective. But it's a good trade off. Because its rechargeable the design is sleek and easy to pack away neatly (I also don't end up knocking over 100 things getting it out from under the sink). I also used this on my friends very thick hair (Type 3b) and it still worked but I definitely needed a little more time. Overall I really like this styler, very excited to take it travelling!

Going into trialling this product I had spent many weeks neglecting my skin, so it started off feeling rough and dry. I used this product morning and night (skipping some mornings where I would be spending extensive time in the sun that day) and I did feel a noticeable shift in the overall condition of my skin. It definitely felt more hydrated (and I could notice a difference in how well my foundation sat on my face). A recommendation though is to avoid using BHA exfoliants, especially if you are on the sensitive side and to ALWAYS wear sunscreen (and re-apply). I can find this formula can be a bit sticky so don't pump too much out and if there's a slight residue or shine present just follow up with a powder.

I received this mask as part of a trial team (thanks bh!) The asthetic of this mask is great, it looks nice enough that it can be left on the bathroom bench. The smell is gentle and soft, it wasnt overwhelming at any point which was nice. I did find unwrapping the mask a little bit more difficult than other masks I have used. But that may be due to the amount of product on the mask (they are very generous which is brilliant). I used this mask after a couple of days where I neglected my skin, it needed some serious TLC. I left this mask on for 20 minutes, once I removed the mask and massaged in the remaining product. My skin felt amazing! It was soft, appeared healthy again and had a nice glow to it. The left over product does take a few minutes to sink in, so I wouldn't use this if you are pushing for time. This mask would be perfect to use before any big events to really prep the skin, as well as do it weekly.

I have thick, wavy and frizzy hair (that has been bleached). I've used this so many times hoping for the best and it does reduce frizz (which is why I have it 4 stars) but it didn't eliminate it (or get close to). This isn't my miracle cure but hey, it did something! I do love it has a heat protection component in it though! But it's not meant to be applied at the roots so you need to make sure you protect that area with another product if you are heat styling. This is not a product that you can use once-off, you need to use it regularly to get results.

So this mascara has a shelf life of 12 months! (instead of 6 as a lot of other ones I used before). It isn't waterproof, but you know what - that has not made a difference to me! Even when I've been around water, this mascara has not melted down my face like I expected it to. The applicator is fine, so I usually go over a few times and in different ways to make sure I have the volume I want. But all in all it's a great mascara. I also don't get any flakey bits or black marks under my eye throughout the day (but I would if I wore waterproof - go figure?). This is something I will be keeping in my arsenal.

This is something to keep on you every time you go out of the house (not that we are doing that much at the moment!). But this tinted balm is amazing. The colour is subtle but cute. It leaves my lips looking darker pink and luscious (the colour of the lid is the colour my lips go!). Because it's a tint, it doesn't last as long as lipsticks but it still has a good wear time. It is MUCH easier to apply than lipsticks can be done literally anywhere. Especially when you don't have a mirror and you need a quick touch up. I have even been finding that I use this on a night out instead of reapplying my lipstick! Lifesaver!

I've tried SO many of these lip balms but never the OG (I just love scents). This isn't my daily go-to and only because I love pomegranate. But I do use this to prep my lips before wearing any kind of lipstick and at night time before going to bed. This is a heavy balm and doesn't sink in very fast (which is to be expected). I do find I need to reapply because I wipe it off / leave it on cups etc. but again to be expected. Love this brand, even the lid doesn't 'wear out' like some other brands do.

This is quite a thick eye cream and I find it takes a little longer to sink in so I only use it at night. I actually didn't finish the whole bottle within the 6 month recommended time so I had to throw out the remainder of the bottle. It's nice and hydrating but doesn't do anything for under eye wrinkles so I would recommend this for younger skin.

I've used this product both at night and in the morning plus during hot and cold temperatures. I can safely say that this is going to become a MUST have during the winter months. I almost completely stop moisturising during winter (terrible I know) because I hate having to stand there in the cold and not being able to put on clothes without losing some of the product. Using this after the shower (still wet and not dried off at all) makes it so easy to apply. I do find it a little difficult to tell if I have used the correct amount (or if I am using too much) but that is probably the only downfall I can see. I wasn't too sure how well this would work since I needed to pat myself dry but I can guarantee your skin will be feeling so soft after using this! I even had my partner use this (dark thick hair) and he had no complaints either. The bottle itself is slim and will easily fit into whatever other shower products you have. The smell is subtle and I find the scent doesn't last on my skin or act overpowering (which I love - part of my study requirements is not having strong perfumes so I can still use this during the week).
