I received this as part of the review crew. First things first, the packaging is a squeeze tube which is ok, but I do prefer a pump Bec it's less messy and easier to apply. The consistency of this moisturizer is quite thick- it's very rich and an intense moisturizer. I love the smell- it smells like sweet cocoa butter/coconut and reminds me of a tropical island. It definitely does the job of moisturizing quite intensity so it's great for dry skin. The 1 downside I found was that because it's so thick, and it's been very hot in Perth lately, my body struggles to sweat through it and I end up coming back from a walk outdoors feeling very hot and dripping in sweat from head to toe. So I wouldn't recommend it in the daytime on hot days

I was lucky enough to review this as part of the BeautyHeaven trial team. Firstly, the package is a beautiful pink colour do it's easy to find amongst the myriad of products on my nightstand haha. It's easy to get the product out and easy to apply. I have sensitive skin and this did not cause me any issues. The serum feels a bit sticky on my skin and makes my face feel quite tight which I don't really like as I feel restricted. I didn't notice any brightening effect on my skin and it hasn't really helped the transition to winter for me as my skin has been really dry due to the changing weather. Overall it's a good product but I'm not sure it actually does what it claims to and 'brightens'.perhaps I just need to use it a bit longer

I was lucky enough to review this as part of the BeautyHeaven trial team. It is a nice cream, and it works well with my sensitive skin as most products make my skin sting/burn. This one didn't do that which is great. It is also easy to apply and use. However, I did not notice any brightening effect or any difference to my under eye area from using it. This may be due to the fact I haven't been using it long enough but I'm not sure. The packaging is really cute too. The cream feels nice on my under eye area but I just didn't notice a difference.

This is an average eye cream, nothing special. I'm not a big fan of the packaging because I prefer a pump rather than a squeeze tube. It's quite a thin consistency and easy to apply which is good, but it makes my under eye area feel very tight afterwards. I prefer thicker creams usually. It doesn't feel like it sinks into my skin well so I'm not sure whether it has much benefit, although it does leave it feeling quite hydrated. I also haven't noticed any difference to my eye area after using it for the trial period. The scent is quite subtle but I don't really like it unfortunately, which makes wearing it and applying it a bit unpleasant. Overall, I don't hate it but it's nothing special either. Its not something I'd recommend; I think they are better products out there. It's just an average eye cream in my opinion

This is a good cleanser overall. Its a good staple, basic cleanser for cleaning your skin. It's a pump dispenser which is perfect for me and easy to use. It's has a faint smell of fresh cucumber or apple which is quite nice. It foams as you massage it in which means you only need a small amount- you can get lots of uses out of it which is great for price! I have sensitive skin and this didn't make my skin react which is pleasing as most products do! However, it did leave my skin feeling quite dry. It also says it's non-comodogenic, but I had lots of tiny bumps all over my nose after using the three products from the range (cleanser, exfoliator and toner). I never normally get this with my usual skincare products. Overall, it's a good cleanser but I prefer my usual cleansing balm and probably wouldn't purchase this myself.

This is quite a gentle exfoliator- it feels a lot like a paste and has a paste consistency. There are a few very tiny beads but not many. It smells like fresh apple or cucumber (I'm not good with naming scents!), but it also had an underlying smell I really didn't like (reminded me of baby vomit). It felt gentle on my skin and was really easy to use. However, it claims to be non- pore clogging, however after using the three products from the trial range, I had lots of tiny bumps on my nose, which I never get with my usual skincare routine. I also would have preferred a pump rather than a squeeze tube for easier and less messy use. I also have sensitive skin and this didn't make my skin react which is a pro. Overall, I wouldn't use it again, as I didn't like the scent and I think it actually clogged my pores. I'll stick to my usual skincare routine.

I was lucky enough to trial this conditioner for the trial team. It smells really amazing and fresh- like apple and cucumber. I washed my hair 2 days ago and can still smell it on my hair now. I used the matching shampoo first before applying this. It's a typical conditioner consistency- thick and creamy. As soon as I applied it, it detangled my hair really easily and well. It felt really moisturising on my hair and I was a bit worried it would make my hair greasy because of this, however it still looks pretty clean 2 days on. It made my hair feel really soft and I haven't needed to brush it much which is great because my hair typically tangles easily. My hair looks sleek and isn't at all fluffy which it tends to become after washing it which I love. I like how some chemicals have been omitted from the formula too. I can't say what the long-term results are yet and if it has made my hair healthier, but I'm enjoying it so far. The packaging is nice, sleek and simple (mostly white with a bit of gold) too.

I was lucky enough to trial this shampoo from the trial team. Firstly, it smells really nice- it reminds me a bit of apple juice and cucumber (really fresh smelling). I washed my hair two days ago and the scent has lasted- I get a wonderful woft when the wind blows in the right direction or I'm brushing my hair. The product lathers well, but isn't super foamy like some shampoos, which I prefer because of the omission of certain chemicals. It also didn't make my hair dry out like typical shampoos that make it feel as though your hair has been stripped of all moisture. After washing with the matching conditioner, my hair feels moisturised but doesn't look greasy yet (it's been 2 days) which is a bonus. The packaging colours (white and gold) look nice and sleek, however my one complaint is the plastic cap thing is quite hard to open.

I have two Burts Bees lip balms and they both smell delicious. This one smells fruity. It looks red but doesn't add any colour to the lips. The packaging is good and I haven't had any issues with the winder part breaking at all. It feels super moisturising, especially when I first put it on, but it fades off quite quickly and I don't feel like it has lasting nourishment; I have to reapply it quite often. I would recommend it, but it isn't my number one lipbalm.

I tried this mask last night. The texture is like a thick moisturiser or hair mask. It feels nice on the skin and quite moisturising. I have sensitive skin and this made my skin sting ever so slightly and my cheeks were a bit red upon removal- but I find this with a lot of products. I left it on for about 15-20 minutes and it was nearly dry- it dries almost clear. It was nice to put on, although I don't think it actually did anything. My skin looks the same as it did before using it. Perhaps it would be different with repeated use? Overall, it's nice but I don't think it is worth the price.
