I was excited to receive this product to trial as I like the Dove brand products. The packaging was easy to open and use. I also liked the design of the packaging as the product will be easy to get out even towards the end when the packaging is nearly empty. The smell of the serum was fresh and inviting. The creamy texture was slightly thicker than the conditioner but still easy to squeeze out of the packaging and easy to apply to my hair. I used the serum in addition to the Nourishing Moisture conditioner and followed the instructions to keep it on for over a minute before rinsing. Even after the first time of using the serum, my hair felt more moisturised. It was very noticeable after I blow-dried my hair as my hair felt smoother and silkier compared to using my previous shampoo and conditioner.

I can foresee the lid getting broken with use over time. On opening the lid, the smell of the conditioner was fresh and inviting. The creamy liquid texture was easy to pour out of the bottle but also made it easy to apply to my hair. Even after the first time of using the conditioner (combined with the serum), my hair felt clean yet moisturised. It was very noticeable after I blow-dried my hair as my hair felt smoother and silkier compared to using my previous shampoo and conditioner. However, I found that it was not as moisturising as the Intensive Repair version so good as a daily conditioner but not for special treatment.

The cream is lightly scented but not really noticeable unless you smell it up close. It has a botanical scent. The cream is smooth and glides onto my eye area easily. It feels gentle so I think it would suit sensitive skin. After using for 2 weeks, I do feel like my eye area is more moisturised but not too intense that it is developing white bumps in my eye area. The product comes in a pump format and a decent size at 15ml. The only downside I can see with this product is that the container pumps out too much product in one pump which seems like a bit of a waste. I was able to fully moisturise my eye area and use the leftover for my neck area. I have tried to only press the slowly so that only half a pump of product comes out but the pump is a bit too stiff to be successful. Apart from the container, I would consider buying again!

I was excited to try the Nivea Naturally Good Milky Cleanser when i received it. I used it by applying it directly onto my face and rinsing with water. The cleanser has a pleasant lightly scented fragrance and felt very milky and creamy. After rinsing, my skin felt smooth, soft and hydrated and felt like a layer of moisturiser was already applied to my skin (though this took getting used to as it initially felt like I had not rinsed properly). I did experience a couple of breakouts around the nose area when I first used it. This might have been that I was previously using a purifying cleanser that was quite strong and my skin was adjusting to the different cleanser. I think this cleanser would suit dry skin and would be great for use in winter when extra moisturising is needed. I have not had the chance to try it as a make up remover with cotton wool but i think it would also work quite well.

The brightening repair cream comes in a simple and elegant looking glass jar. The cream is fragrance free so it is great as my nose is sensitive to strong fragrances. The cream did not glide on as easily as I thought it would - it felt a bit more oil based than water based but still absorbed well into my skin. When I tried the cream out the first time, I felt a small stinging sensation on my skin after I put on the cream. This might be due to me having sensitive skin. Luckily I did not feel this stinging sensation when I subsequently put on the cream other times after that. I did notice that my skin did look brighter after using the cream for 3 weeks and my sun spots were lighter in colour (though unfortunately did not fade completely). I did notice some breakouts around my jawline and on my nose after using the cream. However, I used this product in conjunction with the olay pro x brightening hydrating essence water and brightening spot essence serum so it could have been as a result of using all three products. The essence serum comes in a dropper package so it is easy to apply onto your face and keeps the rest of the product hygienic. It comes in a decent sized container so will last me a while! The serum is fragrance free which is great as my nose is sensitive to strong fragrances. The serum was easily and quickly absorbed into my skin. I was quite impressed with the serum because after I used it for 3 weeks morning and night, it did seem like my skin was brighter and I noticed that some of my sun spots seemed lighter even though they did not fade completely (the edges of the sunspots were less noticeable). However, I note that I used the serum in conjunction with the olay prox hydrating essence water and brightening repair cream so the effects could have been a combination of using all three products.

The essence water came in a simple and elegant packaging where I could easily tip the water onto a cotton pad or onto the palm of my hand to apply to my face. It came in quite a substantial size and will last me a while to use! The essence water was fragrance free which is great since my nose is sensitive to strong fragrances. The essence water did not feel as hydrating as some other products such as hyaluronic acid but i think it still absorbed quite well into the skin. I did notice that my skin did seem brighter and lighter after using the essence water. I also noticed that it seemed to lighten some of my sun spots (though not make it fade completely)! However, I also note that I used the essence water in conjunction with the olay prox brightening spot essence serum and brightening repair cream so it could have been a combination of all three products that achieved the effect.
