I received this conditioner (and matched shampoo) as part of BH's Trial Team. (Thanks guys!) As mentioned in my review of the shampoo, this is a good, mid-rage level shampoo - price and quality wise. I didn't find that the conditioner lived up to its claims though. The product was very runny for a conditioner and I didn't feel that it had the weight it ought to have done (being oil infused as well) to be properly moisturising and nourishing hair. My (extra long and thick) hair didn't have the feel or look shiny after washing, drying and straightening that I would normally have when using my normal products. Like the shampoo, the conditioner again has a very thick, intense butterscotch scent - which is far too strong for me personally. Others like it and that is fine - I just found it too sweet. So all in all - it's a conditioner that will suit some people and not others. I would recommend it more for people with thinner, finer hair as they may find that the lack of product weight helps.

I received this Shampoo (and matched conditioner) as part of BH's Trial Team. (Thanks guys!) This is a good shampoo and sits in the mid-range section price-wise at $30 per litre on average. The consistency of the shampoo is lovely - it lathers easily and even for extra long and thick hair like mine, I didn't end up needing the gargantuan amount that I typically do to get enough coverage to massage through. One thing I couldn't get past though is the intense fragrance. Now, I love anything caramel and butterscotch, but to me that scent belongs in food and not shampoo! It was intense enough that I wouldn't go out of my way to use or purchase this shampoo again, even though it is actually quite good. But, I realise that that is only my opinion - many other people love the scent and that is totally fine! I always find that you get best results when using the matched shampoo and conditioner, so I would recommend doing that.

This primer was the second primer I have tried of late, and I have to admit that I'm now parked with this one! It definitely lives up to its claims! I need a primer that can get me through a full day of work in an education environment and then still look good going into evening activities when I have no time to touch up. It glides on like silk and stays put and is so weightless I don't even know it's there. It definitely smooths out and hides the fine lines and crows feet beginning to deepen around my eyes and still looks good close to midnight! It also doesn't clog my skin or cause breakouts, which is a HUGE plus! I use it in conjunction with Revlon's ColorStay liquid Foundation and apply straight after putting my morning moisturiser on. Occasionally I forget and have to pop it over the top of my foundation and it still works just as well! I hardly have any panda eyes from my mascara now, thanks to this! Amazing and I highly recommend to anyone looking for an affordable (and often half price and local supermarkets and pharmacies) and top notch primer that walks it's talk!

I cannot say how much I LOVE this moisturiser. It has a rich, but not overpoweringly thick texture, and glides on like silk. It has a luxurious, delicate scent - the tiniest scent, but smells divine. After a week, my skin was dewy, soft and so much brighter. The dry patches that I suffer from on my face had diminished and didn't sting half as much as they often do. I loved how light it felt when worn, and there was no greasiness at all after application. I would highly recommend this to anyone looking for a mid-range, affordable moisturiser with hydrating and anti aging properties. I have yet to try the Daytime moisturiser, but I don't doubt that harnessed together would bring glorious results!

I had high expectations of this mask after using the accompanying Shampoo and Conditioner and I can happily say that it lived up to my expectations. When I received the system to trial it had been a year since i'd had my hair cut and it was dry, scraggly and colour damaged. One use of this mask and I felt my hair become fresh, glossy, and vibrant again-visibly. The mask is thick, but malleable and doesn't feel weighty when on. It applies smoothly and sits with a gentle, fresh scent. I didn't need to use a huge amount of product to cover my thick, long hair, which was brilliant. I use this alternating with the conditioner when washing my hair and the shine, freshness, and lightness of my hair in the three weeks I've been trialing these products is fantastic. The container is easy to unscrew and reach into and should last well. Overall, 10/10. I highly recommend this mask for anyone looking to inject some gloss and life into their hair again. As with most things, best results are seen when used in conjunction with the shampoo & conditioner of the same range.

Like the shampoo, this gorgeous conditioner from Toni&Guy lives up to its claims. When I received these products it had been more than a year since I had had my hair cut and being long and thick, it was very scraggly and colour damaged. The shampoo was lovely with it's lightweight formula, and the conditioner here follows suit. Lightweight texture, with a gentle, aromatic scent, it hydrated, smoothed and gave shine to my hair. I didn't need to use a huge amount of product to cover the length of my hair, which was a relief, given the small size of the bottle! The bottle is tactile and easy to hold, though I did have to squeeze harder than I thought for the product to come out. People with mobility issues in their hands may struggle with this. I left the conditioner in for 5 minutes before rinsing. I would tend to alternate using the conditioner and accompanying mask when washing my hair to continue the nourishment. Overall, 10/10. I loved how glossy and fresh my hair looked even just after the first wash and then continued to feel after 3 weeks of use for the trial. Highly recommend!

I received this system by Toni&Guy as part of BH's Trial Team. It's the first time i've used their products, and I have to say they definitely lived up to their claims. When I received them 3 weeks ago, I hadn't had my hair trimmed for a year and it was very long, a bit colour damaged and full of scraggly split ends. After one wash and leaving the conditioner in for 5 minutes, my hair looked glossy and lush, and healthy. Winner! The shampoo formula is lovely - it's lightweight, but lathers easily. I did have to use a lot of product in one go as I always do two cleanses and my hair is very thick as well as long, so the size of the bottle is a bit of a downer at only 250mL. It has a pleasant scent that is not intrusive or chemical smelling- a bit like a walk through a shady and cool garden on a hot summer's day. My hair felt "light" after shampooing and before conditioning, which was lovely- none of that heavy, overly moisture-sucked feeling. The bottle is tactile and easy to hold, though I did have to squeeze harder than I thought for the product to come out. People with mobility issues in their hands may struggle with this. Overall, 9/10. The size of the bottle was the only downside to this lovely shampoo.

Sukin never fails to impress me and is fast becoming my go-to brand for all my skincare and hair care needs. This gorgeous overnight mask is dew in a jar. It goes on thick, feeling lush and enveloping without being greasy or overpowering. I definitely noticed a difference in the brightness and hydration of my skin over the month I used this every night instead of my regular moisturiser. There is no scent that I can detect, and the jar is glass and smooth to touch and use. I would highly recommend this overnight mask to anyone looking for a boost in their skin for hydration, ageing and brightness.

Another of the many products I seem to be picking up "just because" and this one by Sukin is definitely a winner. I'd been struggling with a dry, flaky scalp for a while and browsing a number of internet resources had suggested using a scalp exfoliator on a regular basis to cleanse, but also re-hydrate the skin on my scalp. Sukin absolutely delivered here. I have thick, wavy, greying hair with a number of thinning patches and the creamy texture with gentle exfoliating texture was easy to work through my scalp and also to rinse. My scalp felt light and my hair felt like it does after a salon trip- fresh, lush and bouncy! It is really quite amazing. I've also tried mixing it in with my regular shampoo when i'm in a hurry and while it does work better on it's own, the difference was still there. I do still do a double shampoo cleanse afterwards as i'm only working the exfoliating scrub on my scalp- not the rest of my hair. For the first few months or so I used this every week, now, a year later, I probably only use it every 2-4 weeks and my scalp has settled a lot with far less flaking. I would highly recommend anyone needing to refresh their hair and scalp to try this scrub- whether your hair is oily, normal or dry, the formula is gentle and delivers on its promises. Natural ingredients and Australian is also a huge plus!

I bought a few of these shades from this Insta Dry range and also the ColorTherapy range on a whim through the seemingly never-ending lockdowns of '20-'21 and from the first I was hooked! Sally Hansen continues to impress and astound me with the quality of its products and the wearing and opacity of its colours. I LOVE InstaDri because they truly live up to their claims and have a great colour range and a VERY affordable price. They really do dry quickly- within 20mins I have a completely dry and ready-to-go manicure with 2 coats. More coats will obviously take a bit longer to dry, but 2 coats are usually all it needs. The colours are bright, opaque and lush. The brush is AMAZING- why all nail polishes don't use a wide, flat, oval brush like this, I don't know. It makes painting a breeze. Fantastic colour range and is very easy to build up a (large) collection of "perfect shades" at a fantastic price. The only thing to watch when painting your nails is the "dry quickly", it is best to just paint one coat and not go back to fix anything- do that on the next coat. Within seconds, that first coat is already becoming tacky as it "instantly" dries, and going back to fix will drag and create holes or smudges. Use an orangewood stick or similar to clean up any pooling in your cuticles. The wear is good - and obviously length will depend on the activities the wearer does and whether you have soft, flaky or hard nails. My nails are soft and flaky and I don't get long wear across the board with any products - including gels, but I still get a day or two of decent wear before needing to change again. And instantly, because I can! Highly recommend!
