I received this as part of the beautorium mystery bag just days after I was considering buying it, luckily I didn't but now I'm thinking I might repurchase. The packaging is typical of Maybelline, chunky and fun, this time with a soft metallic pink finish in a bullet shaped tube. What I love most about this mascara is the brush, it's slightly curved with very tiny bristles, meaning it's so much easier to grab every single lash without making a horrible mess. The formula is quite wet and very, very black. True to its claims this gives you thick voluminous lashes with very minor clumping, and for a non-waterproof mascara, this holds a curl surprisingly well! This is not my all time favourite mascara, but I'm still very impressed with this one.

I received this as part of the beautorium mystery bag earlier in the year. This has a really nice fine texture to it without being too mild or too rough on skin, it's the perfect level of exfoliation. The scent is great too, I can't quite pin point what it is but it smells fresh and kind of fruity. The packaging and name of this product are very appealing, I like the idea of a super green smoothie for your face packed full of kale, spirulina, pineapple, you know, stuff you'd put in an edible green smoothie. I haven't actually seen much of a difference in my skin yet but I have been using this very sporadically so I can't really comment on that. This is the first Sukin product I've ever tried and it's made me excited to try more from the range!

I made the mistake of buying this to use as an exfoliant, which it isn't. It really is more of a mildly exfoliating cleanser, which is fair enough as that is what it's marketed as. For me this is too exfoliating to use on a daily basis as I find it breaks me out with too much use, but I don't love it as just an exfoliant to use once a week as it's so mild. It does however do a fairly good job of cleansing and removing makeup. I haven't personally experienced any brightening effects from this, but seeing as the amount of vitamin C in this is actually very low, that's not very surprising. The scent is citrusy and invigorating and the packaging is as colourful and pretty as all body shop products. I like this and I'm happy I tried it but I can't find a spot for it in my skincare routine so I won't be repurchasing.

I always use this after dying my hair, it’s the only proper toner I’ve tried and it does the job for a lot cheaper than any other toner I’ve considered buying so I’ve never bothered to try anything else. My only issue with the toner is that I’m yet to fully master it, some parts of my hair seem to take it on a lot more than others so the baby hairs and sun bleached strands around my face (which are lighter than the rest) end up purple while other parts of my hair stay yellow tinged even after leaving it in for 5 minutes. One day I’ll figure it out.

The silky cleansing oil is hands down my favourite product from the camomile makeup remover range. I've tried a couple cleansing oils before and this one is a little bit thicker and ‘oilier’ in texture but it by no means feels heavier or greasier on skin. It has quite a fragrant camomile scent which I personally don't love, but it doesn't particularly bother me either. It does a really good job removing both facial and eye makeup, although it can sometimes leave some oily residue on the skin. For me this isn’t a problem as I always use a facial brush afterwards with a separate cleanser. The packaging is soooo cute and the price is decent. This is a really good cleansing oil and one I’d definitely recommend!

I originally purchased this in standout, a bold blue toned red, and I loved it so much I bought two more shades. Elusive, a nice neutral mid toned pink, and shameless, an intense purple. All three shades have amazing pigmentation and wear nicely with a true matte but not dry finish. The two darker shades (shameless and standout) have a habit of fading unevenly so I'm left with just a ring of colour around my lips, but this only happens after hours of impressive wear time. I'm a big fan of the crayon style applicators and the fresh mint scent has to be my favourite scent I've ever had in a lip product. These are much better than the Revlon lipsticks in my opinion, and cheaper, and my favourite out of the colour burst balm range.

I purchased this in the shade berry haute, a really pretty bright violet purple. It's a really unique colour and one I think would suit a lot of skin tones, I personally really like how this looks on me. It doesn't have any detectable scent, and the packaging is classy and sophisticated, it reminds me of Lancome lipsticks. This feels really moisturising on lips and wears beautifully, but it's not particularly long lasting, not as bad as the HD lipsticks but still not very impressive wear time. I really love this lipstick but I don't see myself purchasing any more unless there's a particularly unique shade.

This is basically a leave in conditioning spray that for some reason felt the need to employ the now utterly redundant BB craze, adding on an extra B for good measure. In this case the B’s stand for balance, beautify, and brighten. As far as these claims go I think they’re a bit far fetched. Did it balance my hair? Maybe? I’m not even sure I know what that means. I didn't particularly notice my hair to be any stronger but it conditioned my hair yes, I’d call that moisturising. Did it beautify my hair? Again, yes it did condition my hair which aided in detangling and keeping my hair sleek and frizz free. Part of why I liked this is that it doubled as a heat protectant, so I didn't feel like I was layering a billion products on my hair. Finally, did it brighten? I guess, it did give my hair a hint more shine and left it feeling quite smooth. Overall it was just a good leave in conditioner with a pleasant scent and added heat protection which unfortunately ran out very quickly. It was good while it lasted but at $29 for 150ml I haven’t bothered to repurchase.

I bought this brush fairly recently thinking I might as well give brushes a go, having used a sponge to apply my makeup since day one. Now I seem to be in the minority here but I just don't love it. No matter how hard I tried I could not get a flawless result from this, there was always some streakiness here or a weird line there. After watching endless online tutorials thinking I was doing something wrong I gave up and decided it's just not as good as a sponge. It's not bad, but it's not as good, and more expensive. The sponge I'm currently using is $5 from Chi Chi so literally a quarter of the price of this brush. I have used real techniques in the past and not been disappointed so I guess me and foundation brushes are not meant to be.

I'm usually not a fan of lip gloss at all, but these are an exception. I have four shades: Fortune cookie - pale nude with a beigey-pink undertone Merengue - soft, super girly pinky lilac Devil's food cake - deep almost burgundy purple Cherry cheesecake - bright true orange I really have nothing bad to say about any of these, the colours are gorgeous, the packaging is simple and cute, they have a delightful vanilla scent, and they're only $10! All the shades I own are pigmented enough to wear alone but I prefer them over similar coloured lipsticks for a intense, glossy look. Lasting time isn't amazing, but honestly what lip gloss lasts through a meal?
