E45 are known for using simple ingredients that are proven to hydrate skin and help treat the dryness that is associated with eczema. I have used their body cream for a while for this purpose and always found it moisturizing and gentle. How exciting to now have a face option! I was really impressed with the amount of product in the tube and feel like it will last months. I've been using it for a few weeks and only a small amount is needed to cover the face. feel like I have barely make a dent in the tube over three weeks! The moisturiser has a medium consistency - not too thick and not fluidy either. It's a good product to pat on the face, so it's perfect for dry skin that needs a good drink. The product sinks in well after I've used a moisturing toner and serum, and my face feels moisturised all day. I havne't had an y dry patches pop up in the three weeks I've used this moisturiser so I am very happy with that! I have been using expensive moisturisers after trying lots of options. I want intense moisture but without any risk of my skin reacting. This product gives those benefits without costing a fortune! Hooray! I'll be changing to using this moisturiser as my day cream from now on1

Okay, so everyone with dry and sensitive skin knows that your options for skincare are limited to certain products. We can't go using all those fancy cleansers that strip the skin because we end up all red and dry. Often the best option is a cream cleanser for hydration. But hey sometimes the same old thing gets boring...and then here comes a foam product that we can actually use!!! I have used e45 body creams for a while now to help manage eczema and psoriasis, and love it. How awesome to have a fun foaming face cleanser that is gentle, effective and really affordable from the same trusted brand. This bottle seems to hold heaps and heaps of product. I've been using it for a few weeks and there feels like there is lots left. Two pumps gives a good amount of foam to gently cleanse the whole face. It leaves the skin nice and soft, and without any sign of the stripped feeling that often comes after using a foam. I feel like my face is cleansed and calm afterwards. I will be happy to move from using more expensive cream cleansers to now starting to purchase this foam wash!

I usually have my hair coloured at the hairdresser but prices have been going up and I've been considering going back to ding at-home colours. I am in my mid forties and have lots of greys coming through my dark hair and I'm not ready to go fully grey yet. The, perfect timing: I get selected for the Justice Professional Colour Trial Team! I chose the Light Hazelnut Brown colour. The kit is super easy to use. It comes with the usual instructions and plastic gloves and all you need to do is put the colour cream from the tube into the mixing bottle and apply. I was very pleasantly surprised with the scent of the colour. I've always found hair colour has a strong chemical smell but this one smelt really nice! It made it easier to have the colour on for 30 minutes while it did its thing. I rinsed my hair in the shower and put on the lovely conditioner from the supplied sachet. My hair felt so soft and looked super shiny afterwards. And, most importantly, all my greys are covered. Overall my hair looks healthy and has a consistent warm brown colour all over. I am so happy with this product and will definitely be using it again. I think I will ditch the salon from now on and use this very cost affective colour at home! Thank you Justice Professional!

I will admit, I am a bit of a haircare snob and usually use Kerastase shampoo and conditioner. However, given that the price of everything is going up I was really keen to try such an affordable product - $7 for one litre! Thanks to BH for offering me the shampoo and condition as part of the trial team! I have fluffy, frizzy and wavy hair so have been searching for products to smooth and contain my tresses ALL MY LIFE. Tresemme's smooth and silky conditioner has a nice apple-y scent and thick consistency, which you know will result in good hydration. I also really liked the pump nozzle which made it so easy to put the product on y hand after shampooing (I used after the smooth and silky shampoo). The combination of the shampoo and conditioner made my hair shiny and soft. I blow dried and straightened my wild locks as usual and the results were good! My hair did feel a bit bouncier than usual (but some people will like this!) but stayed smooth and shiny with the addition of some kerastase oil on top.

Elizabeth Arden capsule products are an industry classic so it was very exciting when they released a skin brightening capsule range! I have been battling pigmentation through my thirties and forties and have tried LOTS of brightening products. So I eagerly applied the serum of each capsule every night after cleansing. The serum is quite thick (but a lovely consistency) so I allowed it to sink in for about 30 minutes before applying any more skincare over the top. I used the capsules for about a month and unfortunately did not notice any noticeable change in my pigmentation. The capsules contain Vitamin C, which is one of the most helpful ingredients in brightening products, so I was disappointed that this seems to be another cosmetic product that did not put a dent in my pigmentation (yet). So I plan to keep using the capsules to see if there is any change over a longer application period - fingers crossed!

I used this body moisturiser for over a month as part of a trial...and loved it! Eczema Daily Dream is, as the name suggests, ideal for people with eczema outbreaks. It's designed to be gentle but highly moisturising. I used it in combination with the body wash and found the two products together to be very effective. The cream is not scented and has a slightly oily texture, which allows for long lasting hydration. I used the cream on my knees too (where I don't get eczema) and found that over the weeks my 'knee skin' felt softer. I also experience some dermatitis on my hands and found that using this cream every morning and night help reduced and manage the dryness and redness on my hands too which was great. It is so excellent to find over the counter products that are effective without the need to use steroid creams! I would highly recommend this product and the wash for those of us who experience eczema outbreaks.

Eczema sucks and I usually need to use a steroid cream to control it. I've never found a good over the counter product that is effective...until now! I was so excited to see spots of eczema fade and disappear within a week or two of using this body wash (in combination with the body moistuiser). I used the wash twice a day and found it very gentle and hydrating. It has no scent and has a slightly oily texture, which seems to help it adhere to the skin and moisturise. The wash feels so soothing on the skin and is just the type of product you want to use when your skin is feeling irritable, red and itchy. It does not however lather (most likely because of it's eczema-suitable ingredients) so I found I needed to use a few pumps on the product each shower. Thanks QV for catering for us 'eczema types' and giving us an effective specialised product!

Jergens Natural Glow is a body moisturiser than gradually tans the skin. I have naturally olive skin so I didn't see a huge result using the 'fair to medium' version (I think I will have to try the medium to tan one next!) though the product does advertise that you will typically provide a light tan within seven days which is a quick result! This product has consistently fantastic reviews so it is definitely worth trying. I like that most people have found that the moisturiser provides a build-able but subtle tan that does not streak. The moisturiser has a lovely light scent of coconut/cocoa butter which I loved and could still smell hours after putting it on, so it would be especially great for summer. As a moisturiser the product also hydrated nicely. So it's great to have a product that is multi-purpose and does a good job on all aspects.

Who doesn't have a whole bunch of Lady Jayne products at home? This is such an iconic brand and it's no surprise that they continue to deliver high quality products. I was surprised at the price of this brush though-it is not cheap at $42 (Chemist Warehouse). The Salon Pro Scalp Brush is designed to massage the scalp as you brush and improve scalp and hair health by increasing circulation. It does feel nice to use, the bristles are well spaced and, even though they are metal, feel soft on your head. The brush also handles curls and knots quite well. The beechwood handle is a nice touch but it doesn't feel all that ergonomic, so if you spend lots of time brushing, drying, flat ironing it might be a bit uncomfortable. I think the quality of the product deserves a four star rating but I've given it an overall 3 star rating given the price.
