I am also reviewing the Extra Long Liners from Poise with 3-in 1 bladder protection and advanced odour control. I am currently dealing with post-partum pelvic control issues, and this product is great support. I have not tried other liners for leakages but have only tried regular liners and pads which are too thin and thick respectively. I tried this extra long liner after I used the standard Poise bladder control liners and I definitely prefer this length. They both feel snug and dry throughout the whole day. I also had this on for 6-8 hours and the adhesion is amazing. The extra long liners held up very well, at the same spot I applied it, and remained dry especially during my heavy lifting/high intensity workouts. The bladder leaks are more controlled and so the light protection is perfect for me. The odour control is also amazing, as in no odours. I won’t be looking for other products for this purpose and will stick to the Poise until I fully regain my pelvic strength. I definitely recommend the extra long Poise bladder control liners.

I am reviewing the Poise Light Liners (with Advanced Odour Control and 3-in-1 Bladder Protection) as part of the Trial Team, which is perfect as I am on the market for feminine products to help me post-partum. I’m not familiar with other pads or liners in the market, but before using these liners, I have only used regular liners and pads, which work to a degree. However, for the leak issue, I need something more absorbent than a standard liner and less bulky than a pad. I won’t be looking for other products and will be sticking to the Poise liners especially the LONGER version because this is exactly what I need. They’re slim and snug and has good adhesion. I wore it the whole day, and it didn’t budge. The poise liners are a bit stiff at the start, more than a liner or pad, but over an hour, it’s become more cushy. The charcoal bit truly works to neutralise odours because at the end of the day, with a 6-8 hr wear, the pad still feels dry and fresh. I have gotten to a point where I have 80% of pelvic control back so I do not necessarily leak a lot, but during HIIT or heavy lifting workouts, it’s reassuring to know that I have enough support with that. So happy to try this product at a time where I am dealing and getting support for my pelvic “issues”.

The formula is beautiful and hydrating, thanks to its amazing ingredients that brighten the skin meanwhile protecting it from pollution and the sun. As other reviews have pointed out that this is Japanese/Korean style bb cream, this will not suit a lot of darker skin types. I can only really wear it during winter when I’m a medium light. This is perfect to use when I need to run errands or do drop offs on either clean or prepped skin. For when I’m tan, I use it as a primer. Even for medium skin, too much of this will look pale. Truth be told I prefer the Avene Mineral Tinted Compact Cream with SPF 50 in beige which still works better with my medium skin tone.

This was the second product from AzClear that I have tried. I have finished it and find it amazing. As a desert queen, I find foaming face washes gentler on my skin, at the same time, a couple of oily and acne prone teens who I know love this foaming wash as well. The AzClear foaming facial wash is an incredible second cleanse product and for use morning and night. I have not experienced irritation or breakouts from this product. It is hydrating and gentle enough that it does not sting my eyes. I believe it has glycerin which is a compatible ingredient for my dry skin .

I got acquainted with the AzClear Day Moisturiser when I started exploring Azelaic Acid in skin care. I used to have Azelaic Acid peels at my derma clinic when I want a subtle peel and later learned how beneficial it is to have on my routine. That said, this doesn't have azelaic acid but I do like my oil-free sunscreens especially under makeup, even if I have combo dry skin. I like to use this when I am in a hurry and I'd like to specify that because this blends so easily without a white cast. It is so easy to use that it dries off quickly and is great even to layer under another sunscreen and/or makeup without pilling or catching dry skin. I use this on terrible skin days as it sits like satin on my face. It is hydrating and protecting as it claims .

I have been using Cerave products way before it reached Australia. When Cetaphil stopped doing it for me, my dermatologist recommended this brand to me which she used herself. I’ve loved the hydrating cleanser and the hydrating foaming cleanser. I moved on to this just to try something new. My skin has been loving oil cleansers and the ingredient squalene as my skin gets really dry. While calling this foaming might be a stretch as one pump does really lather up to a foam, I like how it feels on my skin. But, It is definitely not stripping especially when I get dermatitis flares some time during winter. I typically only wash my face at night so that’s when I use it. I typically alternate cleansers, but the last 2 months I have only used the hydrating foaming oil cleanser. I also like to use it as my body wash.

I love this Quick-E by Essie. These are quick drying drops that work across a range of products and brands. When applied thinly and evenly, nail polish can dry in a matter of 2 minutes, but be warned, that while the nail polish might be dry enough, it could still be prone to be dented or nicked, so complete dry time might take around 30 minute to an hour. I have been using this for about half a year now, and one bottle lasted me about 20 manicures or 3-4 months. I will only buy this on discount sites which I am able to find.

Essie Nail Polishes are up there in price with Sally Hansen and Revlon, but not quite like OPI or Orly. I have used Essie Nail polishes however this is the first time I have tried the Gel Nail Couture in the color Couture Curator which on the bottle looks like a milky pastel coral but on my nails a light, bubble gum pink. I have been testing this for 3 months. As much as I try to like this, I cannot. I tried it on its own, with a ridge filler from OPI, and every time, 2 thin coats would come out patchy. I read a review that recommends 3 coats, but because to me, this takes longer to dry than normal, 3 coats would ruin it for me especially since I do not have time, and with 3 layers of wet nail polish, I run the risk of wasting around 30 mins that it takes for my diy manicure. I find this also hard to dry. I have to use the Essie Quick-E drying drops which I love. Note: I do not have the top coat fyi. It is CHIP resistant but I do wear this only for 5 days before the color starts to mutate to a milky orange on my nails.

As the name suggests, this is the nighttime treatment mask for use with the Foreo UFO. I have had the Foreo UFO FOR almost 2 years now and while there is no distinct or significant or even immediate result after every use, I have had greater skin the whole time I have been using this. The program setting for this is accessed through the app and is a combination of hot and cold treatment with LED lights. The calm and relaxation I get is a combination of the serum and the device. I use the pad and install it on the device for one cycle, and then remove it and add the excess serum on the device or my face. With the excess serum, I get 2-3x use out of every pack. I get 7 in a box, which means if I use it 4-5 times a week, I have a good month’s worth of product with every box.

I’ve been using the Foreo UFO system for a year now and do not regret getting it. It is a wonderful addition to my skincare and does wonderfully at generally calming my skin down whatever mask is used. Appropriately named the UFO, it resembles a UFO that lights up when turned on. A cycle lasts for 1.5 minutes and I repeat based on the time I have. I typically do 1 cycle with the mask on the device, then I remove it for a second one and either apply the remaining serum on the device or skin and go again, or spray my face with any facial spray just to give it slip and repeat the program. I then save the serum for another session. Another way I use it is with other serums and just about any program which you can also access without the app by clicking once, twice up to 4 or 5 clicks I think to start the device back up again. The first 4 or 5 programs correspond to the number of clicks on the device as in the first program on my app is “Make my Day” so I click once to access it. I don’t know much about how the specific programs really activate corresponding serums but any program used helps absorption of any serumy product. I believe in LED light use for skin treatment as I get it done in clinics. And while this is nowhere as industrial as ones in clinics, consistency is key with home devices. The short cycles on any Foreo device make being consistent easy for me as well as give me flexibility with how long or many times I will repeat the programs. Also, this was approved for use during my pregnancy by my obstetrician and also approved (with implants) by my dental surgeon and orthodontist.
