This is the end all and be all of face creams. When it first came out I was given a sample and put it aside for a couple of weeks and used my usual cream whilst on holidays. I am lucky enough to have youthful looking genes but after using the seven day sample whilst away I was asked by my boss on return to work if I had had a face lift. There is a little scoop and you use one scoop for your whole face or one on each cheek if you feel more comfortable. The jar is incredibly expensive in relation to “ever day creams” but cannot be beaten if you want amazing skin. It sounds like every advertising cliche you have ever heard but is the only one which is not false advertising. This is a once in a lifetime product.

I have a fairly full skin care regime and would never consider starting (or ending) my day without this. Soon as my eye makeup remover is off I wash my face, décolletage and eyes with this. Silky smooth and it goes a long way. It feels wonderful and you know your skin is clean and will now be able to absorb your moisturiser as was intended by Estée Lauder.

As you get older and your skin needs more attention, this product makes all the difference for the long term effectiveness of a moisturiser. There are some creams that plump up the skin with water based content but are short term measures. This cream works with high quality ingredients that are tempered for every day use and does not stop working after your skin reaches “saturation point”. Skin elasticity is improved.

This lip balm is excellent for ever day maintenance, fixing up after illness, general aftercare or just pampering. Try a gentle rub with exfoliator then the lip balm before bed and when you wake you will really the difference. The neutral fragrance and taste are a real plus for me. I now automatically use it as a sort of base coat under my lipstick every day and find there is s fullness to my lips.

Most women have the happy knack of putting on lipstick without looking, no mirror and a perfect look - I am not. My two older sisters would say any brand would do as long as you liked the colour. For years I could not get it right until I started using the EL liner. I will be honest and say in the 1970s it was not as good as it is now but the product now has a moisturiser in it and makes it a totally different experience. It glides on, stays in place and is the perfect building block for your lipstick.

I have used EL products for over 45 years and have often been asked where I have my plastic surgery. Telling people I have never had it and only used the Advanced Night Repair (or earlier versions of it) plus other items in my regime they have been “converted”. When my friend’s children turn 18 they are given a bottle of this as a birthday present. Many people think their products are good but this one really works.
