I really enjoyed using the L'oreal Revitalift Filler Eye Serum during the trial. It was very cooling and refreshing on my eyes, and I liked the way the little balls glided across my skin. The liquid is quite watery and not too thin, not too thick, and there is no obvious scent with this serum. I found that I didn't need to dip the wand back into the product as there was more than enough product to use upon opening. I found that the eye serum worked best if it was applied underneath my moisturiser. If I put it on afterwards, the product remained quite sticky on my skin, and was noticeable throughout the day. (Note: Underneath my moisturiser is my preferred method anyway, but I just wanted to see how it sat both ways.) I also didn't love this product when I was needing to wear makeup, so I would avoid it on those days, and mainly used the product at night. It was recommended that you could use this product on your eyelids, but I found that it didn't sink into my skin well, and made my eyelids feeling sticky. After using the serum for a few weeks, I have found a noticeable difference in the appearance of my under eye skin, mostly on the outer edges. In the inner corner, there is less of a difference in appearance. Overall, I really liked the soothing qualities of this product, and will continue to use it as part of my nighttime routine.

I really enjoyed using the Tre Semme Colour Revitalise Shampoo during this trial! I think the product provides good value for money, and comes in a convenient size. The pump is easy to use, and I needed 4-5 pumps to feel like my long hair was fully covered from the product. The smell is very strong and sweet, but I was happy with it. I could still smell the product in my hair the day after I washed it. The Tre Semme shampoo glides nicely through my hair and lathers well. I found that my hair was less knotty/tangly after using both the Tre Semme Colour Revitalise shampoo and conditioner. After a few uses, my hair felt shinier and bouncier, and I noticed that I could go an extra day between washes after use. This product made my hair feel cleaner after use. This is definitely a product I will continue to use alongside my toning shampoo, as it has helped maintain my colour as well as provide extra shine to my lacklustre hair.

So impressed with this beautiful Tre Semme Colour Revitalise Conditioner. I really like the product size, and definitely believe it is good value for money. The pump pack is easy to use, and my long hair needed 4-5 pumps to feel like it was enough for my hair. The smell of the product is sweet and pleasing, not as strong as the shampoo, but still lovely and enjoyable. The conditioner spreads easy and is manageable as a product. I felt like I was able to spread it nice and evenly through my hair, which is not something you get with other conditioners. I used the majority of the amount on the ends of my hair, and lightly ran my fingertips (with product) through my scalp. After only a few uses, I noticed that my hair was shiny and bouncy. My blonde definitely seems to be maintaining its salon quality vibrance. I also noticed that my hair was less tangly after use, which is amazing! Definitely a product I will continue to use, as an alternative to my toning shampoo, really happy with the product that Tre Semme has created.

I was lucky enough to trial the Nude by Nature Exfoliating Facial Scrub and incorporated it into my existing daily skin care routine. The scrub is a very creamy consistency, not as grainy as other exfoliating scrubs I have used and the smell is subtle and pleasant. You only need about a 20c piece sized amount to cover your whole face and neck. The scrub spreads easily and is visible on your face so you know if you’ve missed any spots. It is not abrasive and very gentle on the skin; you can barely feel the little granules as they move across your skin. Once rinsed off, I found that the product was easy to remove, with no left over feeling of product/granules on your face which you sometimes experience with other exfoliators. My face felt soft and hydrated after reach use and noticeably brighter. I really like how it is made in Australia, with naturally derived ingredients; it makes it very appealing to use. Unfortunately, I have sensitive skin which is prone to break outs, and this product broke me out terribly along my jaw line. I waited until my break out was gone, tried the product again, and experienced the same break out results, which was such a shame as I really enjoyed the product. I think this product would be great for those with sensitive skin, as it is non-abrasive, but be cautious if you are prone to breakout.

I was kindly asked to be part of the trial team for the Eau Thermale Avène Night Peeling Cream and have thoroughly enjoyed using the product over the past few weeks. The cream is packaged in a solid pump tube which is easy to dispense. The cream has a thick consistency when first pumped and comes out like a thin worm! I found that I needed 3-4 pumps to cover my entire face when using this product. The cream spread really easily and dried very quickly; the thick consistency still absorbed wonderfully! There was a slight smell to the product, however it is not overpowering or offensive. Initially, I was using this product every night but due to increased sensitivity to my skin, I switched to 2-3 times a week, only at night. This seemed to suit my skin a lot better and the product certainly did not cause any break outs. As I am prone to break outs, I also use skincare that contains tea tree oil and witch hazel in the mornings. Unfortunately I did notice that after using the night peeling cream, the following morning my face would turn bright red and experience mild burning, if I used those specific products, that lasted a few hours (similar to a professional peel). It is important to note that when using other skincare, this did not occur. This reaction isn’t a deterrent on using this product in the future, I will continue to purchase again, I will just ensure that I am using different skincare in conjunction to ensure I don’t experience the redness and burning again and is something to be mindful for beauties who may also be using products specific to breakouts. In just a few weeks of use, I noticed my skin feeling hydrated and plump, with some smoothing to my fine lines. There was a decrease in my breakouts and my skin’s texture had a noticeable improvement. Overall, I really enjoyed the way the Eau Thermale Avène Night Peeling Cream made my skin feel and the results I saw in just a few weeks. This is a product I will continue to incorporate into my skincare routine in the future.

I absolutely LOVE and ADORE this product, it is like a good night’s sleep in a tube! I was kindly asked to be part of the trial team for the Eau Thermale Avène Smoothing Eye Contour Cream and have thoroughly enjoyed using the product over the past few weeks. I was intrigued that the product comes in a solid pump tube, and not a jar like most other creams but found that it made it easier to control the amount of the product used. For me, one pump was more than enough to cover my under eye area, and also place some above my brow and it was easy to spread. The cream has a slight smell but is not overpowering or offensive, and the cream is a little more liquidy than a typical cream consistency; slightly firm but has some movement. I found no sensitivity or watery eyes from using the product. In just one use, I saw visible results in my under eye area; it felt hydrated, plumped and had reduced some of bags under my eyes. Going through teething with my littlest one, I haven’t been getting much sleep however, I have absolutely noticed a difference in my under eye area’s appearance through the continued used of the Eau Thermale Avène Smoothing Eye Contour Cream. I would highly recommend this product to those who want to see instant results; this is a product I will continue to repurchase.

I am a recent Olay moisturiser user, so was super happy to be part of the trial team for Olay Eyes Brightening Eye Cream as over the years I’ve never found a product that seems to make an noticeable differences. This product comes in their signature, petite tubs and I immediately noticed that the cream was filled to the top - so good to see that there was no wasted space! There was a slight scent as I unscrewed the jar which was pleasant and the texture of the cream is super lightweight. I needed only a little bit of the product (pea size) to feel like all of my skin was covered and even using it twice a day, I feel like I’ve barely used any at all which is fabulous! The product doesn’t move and go into my eyes, which I have noticed other eye products do. After only a few seconds, the cream is fully absorbed and I can carry on with the rest of my skincare routine. It is definitely a lightweight cream and feels lux on the skin. I’m a mum to a baby so recently, I’ve had very dark bags under each eye (the worst!) However, using the Olay Eyes Brightening Eye Cream morning and night has definitely made a noticeable difference. I feel like my bags aren’t as noticeable and the skin looks brighter. I absolutely recommend this product as with only a few weeks of use, I have seen such a noticeable difference to my skin. I’ve definitely converted and will be purchasing the Olay Eyes Brightening Eye Cream again!

Having not used Pantene hair products in years, I was so happy to give it another try during the Pantene Pro-V Daily Moisture Renewal trial. The packaging of both the shampoo and conditioner is super cute and looks fabulous in my bathroom. I like the size of the bottles and the design of the packaging. The smell is divine and can faintly be smelled in my hair today, 3 days after my last wash. I really enjoyed the texture of the Pantene Pro-V Micellar Series Blends Rosewater Conditioner, but found that I needed 5+ pumps to feel like my long, mid back length hair was fully covered by the product. This will mean that my conditioner will run out before I finish my shampoo. It was easy to wash out and didn’t feel heavy in my hair which can often happen with other products. I feel like my scalp was clean afterwards, with no product build up and the conditioner definitely gave me smooth looking hair post wash. My hair tends to be more on the dry side and I do feel like the shampoo and conditioner gave me back some moisture after the very first wash. My hair is dyed, and I feel like it has helped me as I have no signs of dullness or fading. One of the only negatives is that I didn’t find that using these products made my hair feel cleaner for longer than other hair products that I use, which would have been an added bonus. Overall, I think this is a great conditioner to use and would recommend to others, especially if you need a little extra moisture in your hair.

I really enjoyed using the Jergens Natural Glow Wet Skin Moisturiser + Firming fake tan. I was skeptical at how effective it would be, considering you applied it to wet skin, but was really happy with the results. After my shower, I applied it directly to my wet legs and noticed that the moisturiser has only a faint smell, not like usual fake tans. The cream itself felt lightweight and was easy to spread on my legs whereas other fake tans can sometimes feel very thick. It dried very quickly, didn’t feel like I had any product on my legs at all and my hands did not have any residue left on them after one quick rinse. After my first use, I didn’t really notice any difference, however by day 3, I had a nice subtle glow that I had slowly built up. It was great to see that rather than the orange hue some fake tans can give, the Jergens Natural Glow Wet Skin Moisturiser + Firming fake tan gave me a really natural glow. My legs also felt really soft and silky and I didn’t need to apply an additional moisturiser to my legs. When I stopped using the product, it was so good that it came off just as subtly as it applies - no patchy fake tanned skin! The only downside I had to this product was that it didn’t blend well around my ankles. Being a buildable fake tan product worth no colour (it’s a white cream), I couldn’t determine whether it had been applied evenly and it was obvious around my ankles as they were slightly darker in the creases. I absolutely loved using Jergens Natural Glow Wet Skin Moisturiser + Firming fake tan and would highly recommend for babes who want an easy, no fuss fake tan application with subtle, natural looking results.
