It doesn't really have a smell but strips my face of most oils and leaves it feeling clean. Great value for price. The foaming cleanser has a nice feel to it but it does take a while to get makeup off, as you'll have to use micellar water to take off makeup. However, I'd recommended doing a double cleanse with a different cleanser. I have sensitive skin, but it doesn't irritate my skin like most cleansers but more so soothes my skin, and is also non comedogenic and soap-free, which I love. My friend however said it wasn't good for her, so make sure to try out and see as apparently there's a new formula that she didn't prefer.
