Another simple and natural product that gets straight to the point and delivers the rich and targeted solution to your skin concerns. This is something all of us should probably keep at our bedside table, slather it on at night, and then wake up with soft supple feet. This is a very rich moisturizer, but it is not oily and absorbs very fast, leaving the skin at my feet smoother and more supple right away. The only downfall for me is the smell, I can't identify it completely, I think it may be the urea, or just the mix of the ingredients, it just is not a very pleasant smell for me. That being said I am glad that it is not filled with any unatural fragrances or ingredients. Having a look at the ingredients list and actually understanding most of the list is great, at least I actually know what I am applying and absorbing into the body.

This is an interesting product, it appeals to me because of constant styling damage my hair is thinning and falling a fair bit, also due to my anemia. This comes with a very targeted and controled spray nozzle, making for easy and nonmessy application. The scent is a bit stronger than I would like, although it is a natural ingredients type smell, it smells like some herbal medicine, and so I try to apply it sparingly. But I do like that its a leave in type product that isn't too oily. It would not be fair to comment on the effectiveness of the product after only using it for a few weeks, but because it s so easy to use it is something I will continue trying to actually see if it is able to provide some long term benefits. Especially given that it has some ingredients that would seem to be beneficial regardless.

Yet another amazing natural product, that I am so glad I had the chance to try and incorporate into my routine. This is absolutely perfect for winter, it is really rich and hydrating. The packaging is really nice and simple and so is the ingredients list. With lots of amazing ingredients like safflower and sunflower seed oil, aloe, and shea butter it is a great balanced moisturiser. It absorbs nicely into the skin, and instantly skin feels amazingly refreshed and hydrated, but it is not at all oily or sticky. It was a bit odd applying such a rich moisturizer on my face, because i have oily, sensitive, acne prone skin, and hence am always a bit weary of rich products on my face. But this did not irritate my skin and did not break me out. I have been applying this every night and my skin has become so soft and supple, This has truly been a saviour during winter.

I am a big fan of Dermal therapy products, I can not live without the lip balm by them. This lotion is no exception, it comes in a nice pump bottle, making it really easy to apply. I really enjoy the straightforward simplicity of the products by dermal therapy. This lotion is a simple scentless lotion, which feels amazing on the skin, my skin feels nice and hydrated and there is no tackiness and not oily at all. It absorbs really fast and is not sticky. I keep it by my bedside and reapply a few times because it is so lightweight. When I wake up the next morning my skin still feels hydrated and smooth, and it has been amazing for keeping skin hydrated this winter, especially the skin on my legs which tends to get fairly dry and flaky during winter, but with this, my skin has remained smooth. I would recommend this product and it will be something I will continue to use.

This is a nice and easy to use the product, packed into a pipette bottle. The product itself is a bit like a milky texture, It goes on smoothly and seems to leave my skin nicely moisturised as well. I usually use a 23% vitamin C by the ordinary, which usually stings a little upon application and smells very much like taking vitamins. So this was a pleasant change, this is easy on the skin while still being of a high percentage of 5% vitamin c, and most of all it does not have any nasty smells, it actually smells nice and very subtly fruity. Another probem i find with vitamin c products is they sometimes cause me to breakout, but this did not do that. Instead I do feel like it added a bit of a glow, and brightened my skin a bit, especially helping with the healing of new pimple marks from a recent bad breakout. I think i will repurchase this as it is gentle yet effective.

This is another great product by nude by nature. The packaging is a nice and simple squeeze tube, with a gorgeous copper cap. I received the one with the purple band, which is for blurring and mattifying, and is very suitable for my oily skin. The primer is an opaque cream like texture, and feels so smooth when I glide it onto my skin. I can instantly see a difference, it seems to blur out fine lines and pores a bit, and mattifies the skin amazingly well. It did provide a great base for my makeup and seemed to help it stay matte for longer, although because of masks and makeup transferring I do not think it would be fair for me to comment on the lasting power. But I feel at ease using this everyday after looking at the ingredients list, as it does not contain any synthetic ingredients or preservatives. Furthermore it has actual beneficial ingredients like Kakadu plum, lilly pilly, papaya extract and green tea, I think i will be repurchusing this and continue using it on most days.

I think this is my favorite product from the natural beauty month box. I do previously use retinol products but they are usually in cream form, this is the first time I have tried an oil based retinol product and that too a natural one. I have been using this every night and it has not dried out my skin like other retinol products tend too, and no skin peeling either. If you have a look at the ingredients list it is fairly short and simple, and looks like it just a mix of oils and bakuchoil, and from what I understand bakuchiol is the key ingredient which acts like retinol. And because I have oily skin it is always scary to use oil based products but thankfully this did not break me out. Instead I would say this is a great alternative to your regular retinol products during winter. And the easy dropper bottle makes it so easy to use and control the amount everyday.

This is your simple straight to the point lip gloss. With a classic squeeze tube design. I really like that I can actually understand most of the ingredients on the ingredients list, so at least what I am putting onto my lips and probably ingesting does not have harmful ingredients. Although I must admit I can not exactly identify what it smells and tastes like, possible lanolin? But whatever it is that is the only thing I do not really like about the product, it reminds me too much of paw paw ointment, but if you do not mind that you won't mind this either. Other than that it is a nice product with a nice glossy sheen, but it is not as sticky as some other glosses, the color pay off is very subtle, almost non existent. Also it does not actually last too long, and the moisturising feeling on the lips is a bit short lived.

Thank you for letting me try this sunscreen in time to get ready to come out of winter months. First of all starting with the packaging it is the classic nivea colour blue of a very sturdy type spray bottle. Personally I thought I would really enjoy the spray nozzle and find it easy, but I’m not sure if I haven’t broken the seal properly or something, I cannot get a smooth flow when I try to squeeze to get the sunscreen out. So when I try to spray directly onto my arms I just ended up with a bit of a mess. Ever since and since retrying that method I have decided to stick to spraying onto my hand then applying as needed but that sort of defeats the whole purpose of the spray type sunscreen for me. The actual sunscreen itself is a good consistency, not too thin or thick, and applies easily. Does not leave a white cast, but a bit of a sheen, but not oily. I also enjoy that it doesn’t have a strong scent or anything. It’s simple sunscreen that absorbs nicely and provides the protection you need.

I have large pores with super oily skin, with left over acne scars – both pitted and dark spots. So I often feel the need to wear some sort of coverage on my face daily, but often face the problem of thick products sinking into my large pores, or clogging my pores. I have never tried any make up from Clinique before, but have tried some skin care products from them and been fairly pleased with. So when I was given the chance to try this foundation from Clinique with the added benefits of skincare and spf, I was pumped. Unfortunately the shade I choose was just a tab bit darker then my face, but could still make it work. The foundation comes in a cute recyclable bottle, with a pump. For everyday use I applied the foundation using my hands, so I could blend better and for more natural coverage. It was great because that way it smoothened out my uneven skin tones, and did not sink into my pores, and was not visible as other foundations tend to be when they sit on top of your skin. What is more is the fact that I felt my sin could breath with foundation, as it did not feel at all heavy. After a few weeks of wearing this daily, I am not sure about any skin care benefits of it, but that being said I have not had any adverse reactions either, it has never clogged my pores or broken me out. Overall I’m really loving this foundation, and will go back to get a shade that fits me perfectly.
