I trialed the Nude by Nature Satin Liquid Lipstick in 06 Wisteria as a part of the trial team. The liquid lipstick arrives packaged in a white box with full product details on it. The lipstick itself is a clear frosted finish tube with a rose gold lid, the lid unscrews easily and the applicator sponge is generous in size, and feels lovely to use. Wisteria is a beautiful deep pink shade. The lipstick itself smells slightly like vanilla, this disappears during wear. The lipstick is a thick, rich formula, only a small amount is required to cover the lips really well. The lipstick dries to a satin finish as advertised, when applied alone I found the lipstick lasted through drinking with only minor touch ups needed, and required a more thorough touch up following food. I did not experience any drying of my lips post use of the lipstick. There was no staining of my lips post use. When used in conjunction with the Nude by Nature Lip Primer it lasted even longer. I would recommended this product, and will be purchasing some of the other shades myself.

I trialed the Perfecting Lip Primer as a part of the trial team. The Lip Primer is packaged in a small white box with full product details on it, the Lip Primer itself is in a slim pale pink tube with rose gold accents. The tube is finished with a matte texture, however still feels a bit slippery, the lid pulls off easily. I previously had not used a lip specific primer, instead ensuring I had exfoliated my lips and maintained use of a lip balm prior to application of lip colours to ensure long-lasting results. I found this product was able to stand in for all the effort, reducing the time required to prep for a night out. I found I was able to achieve great application results despite missing a day or so of regular lip balm application. The lip primer applied easily, smoothing on like a thick lip balm. I then waited a few minutes before applying my lip colour. I found when using this product my colour lasted longer and required less touch ups post food and drink. While I don't currently benefit from the advertised blurring effects of this product, I will keep this in mind for the future. I will definitely consider repurchase to enhance my lip colour and support longer wear.

I trialed the Sheer Glow Colour Balm in Nude for the trial team. The balm arrived packaged in a small white box with full product details, the tube itself is skinny and a rose gold metallic colour with a clear lid. The lid fits really tightly, it would be almost impossible to knock the lid off in a bag. The balm smells slightly citrusy, however this does not linger long after application. The balm applies smoothly, initially feeling a touch sticky, this disappears quickly as the balm warms. The balm appears a deep pink colour and applied slightly darker than my natural lip colour, exactly what I would look for in a nude tinted balm. The balm leaves my lips feeling moisturised for a few hours, and lasted through sips of a coffee. I needed to reapply after eating, although would generally expect that of a balm. After a few days wear I found my lips were generally feeling less dry, not a small feat in the depths of winter. Overall, I would recommended this product and will repurchase myself.

I received the Simple Charcoal sheet mask to trial as a part of the trial team. The packaging was eye catching, and the instructions were clear and easy to read. Opening the package was reasonably easy by hand. The sheet mask itself is one of the first I've tried that didn't have a plastic backing to remove, instead it was just the mask folded into itself and the mask fluid. It was easy to unfold the mask, and there was just the right amount of fluid for the mask to stick to my face, but not so much it dripped everywhere in the transition from packet to face. The cut outs for eyes and nose were well thought out, and worked really well for me. This helped the mask adhere to my face and not flop about when I moved. It was a nice change not constantly readjusting the mask to avoid it sliding off my face. After 15 minutes I removed the sheet mask and had minimal leftover serum to deal with, it was easy to rub in. My skin was left feeling slightly tight, however I'm not sure the masks purifying claims were correct. The next day my skin continued to feel hydrated, but not clearer. As with all sheet masks, it's not going to fit everyone. I have a rounder face and this one suit me better than others I've tried.

I was lucky enough to trial the Nivea Clay Fresh body was in Lavender and Agave scent. The wash was easy to squeeze out of the pack and smelt lovely. The scent was strong enough to cover the mud scent clay has, but not so much it was over powering or fake smelling. The wash was a gel-like consistency, I did find it a bit hard to keep on my hand to wash with - it was much easier to pop it on a sponge to use. I did find I needed a reasonably large blob (90% of the flat side of my body shop sponge) to do my whole body. It foamed just enough to feel like a body wash, and felt moisturising while it sat on the skin. I've been losing the battle to keep my face hydrated, but the rest of my body stayed hydrated thanks to this wash. The bottle was easy to use, however as personal preference I really would love the option to buy it in a larger pack, potentially a pump pack. We buy one wash to share between the two of us, the small package would stop me from repurchasing a product I have otherwise loved.

I trialled this product as a part of the trial team. This concealer comes in a solid gold tube, with a pull off lid. The concealer itself is a solid formula that winds up from inside the tube really easily. I found this much easier to use than the foundation packaging. The concealer provided great coverage, and worked well in conjunction with the trailed foundation. It also works well as a standalone concealer on days when you don't have a full face of makeup on. I found it really easy to apply. But I did worry about applying it directly to my skin from the container for cleanliness, normally with a liquid concealer I'd apply it to a brush and then my face. Unfortunately like the foundation, the concealer also has a bit of a smell, but it seems to go quicker after application than the foundation did. As a whole I would recommend this concealer if you are looking for a solid concealer, with high coverage.

I trialled this as a part of the trial team. The foundation comes in a glass bottle with an oversized gold plastic lid, the lid covers roughly 70% of the bottle. The bottle is quite weighty so potentially not ideal for travelling. I found the lid really really hard to get off, so much so during the trial period I just didn't bother putting it back on because I couldn't rely on someone else being home to open it for me (I do have arthritis, so if you've got weak hands, don't buy this foundation). The pump was easy to use and I found one pump was enough for my whole face. The foundation itself felt very thick and smelt quite distinctly of make-up, I couldn't pin point exactly what it was but it wasn't chemical-y but it wasn't natural either. This did linger for a little while after application. I found the product to feel a bit dry and subsequently had a bit of trouble applying it with a brush, so used a combination of my beauty blender and my fingers, using the brush to finish. It provided great coverage, I barely needed a concealer. I also had issues getting the foundation to last, it routinely flaked off my nose and above my eyebrows despite routine moisturizing. I tried a variety of prep, such as complety bare skin, moisturized etc. but didn't have a suitable (water based) primer to try during the trial period. None of what I tried worked, so I only wore the foundation for a few hours at most.

I trialed this conditioner as a part of the trial team, thank you! This conditioner has a very unique scent, but apart from that I really couldn't tell it apart from a generic conditioner. Initially the scent was nice, but it quickly became overwhelming as it is quite strong. The combination of mint and citrus is certainly an interesting one, I wouldn't have chosen it for a conditioner, it reminded me quite strongly of a cleaning product rather than a personal hygiene product. After use, my hair felt much the same as it did after shampooing. I didn't find it added any moisture, nor any volume to my fine hair. I didn't try adjusting the amount of product used but found this made no difference. As this product didnt add any volume to my fine hair, it unfortunately did not live up to the promises on the packaging. The packaging was standard for herbal essence, but I found it difficult to open and close the flip top lid. I don't know if this might get easier as the product is used, it was difficult to tell if I was having trouble due to stiffness or the lid design itself. Unfortunately I wouldn't recommend this product, I found the smell too overwhelming, the packing difficult to open and it didn't give me volume like promised.

I trialled this product as a part of the trial team. This conditioner smells lovely, and does what you'd expect, better than expected For a supermarket brand I was impressed at how nicely this product worked. It didn't smell offensive and I was able to use a reasonable amount of product to condition my hair well. The first few times I used this conditioner I probably didn't use enough, as my hair seemed to suck up the product it was so dry. After 4 uses during the trial period I found my hair began to feel less dry and damaged after conditioning. I still needed to use my oil after washing my hair, but the amount I used lessened significantly by the end. I found the bottle a bit cumbersome, both my shampoo and conditioner arrived open and leaking, and for some reason the lids never really shut properly again, so I would question the longevity of the bottle lids, but in the small pack size they would hopefully last. As a whole, if I was purchasing a supermarket brand of conditioner this would be it. If I get caught out while on holidays or somewhere I can't get my regular brand this would be the one I go for instead.
