I received this mask along with the shampoo and conditioner to trial from the Toni & Guy range and was quite excited to try this as it was a multitasking product. The mask comes in a 250ml tub with screw top lid that you remove to reveal a beautiful light purple cream that smells divine and is silky to the touch. I have been using this product for about 3 weeks now along with the shampoo and conditioner from this range. After shampooing I applied a generous amount to coat my hair and let this mask work it’s magic. I left this on for approximately 3-5 minutes to penetrate my hair and remove any yellow and brassy tones. After rinsing my hair felt soft, smooth and hydrated as well as being brighter and less brassy. You can also use this as an intensive treatment and wrap your hair in a towel and leave on for approximately 10 minutes to let this mask work it’s magic for a little longer. I used this 2-3 times a week and found my hair was softer, less brassy and beautifully conditioned after each use. I would definitely recommend using this with the other products in the range as they work so well together. Highly recommend.

I received this as part of the Toni & Guy trial team and was excited to trial this with the shampoo and mask. The conditioner is lovely and thick and smells almost like almond which was beautiful without being overpowering. After shampooing a small amount is all you need to cover your entire hair. I left this on for approximately 2-3 minutes to soak into my hair before rinsing to reveal less brassy hair that was soft, hydrated and with less brassy tones. I would definitely recommend this to be used in conjunction with the shampoo and mask in this range. My hair looks amazing and the colour is brighter without all those orange brassy tones.

I am a regular user of toning shampoo and was very excited to try this offering from Toni & Guy. The product comes in a 250ml bottle which you press and turn upside down to release the shampoo. After receiving this I tried it straight away and was advised to shampoo twice before conditioning for better results. You only need a small amount to lather and cover your entire hair and I left this on for roughly 2-3 minutes before rinsing and continuing with your conditioner. The smell to me was similar to almond and I found this quite beautiful without being overpowering. After using this for almost 3 weeks on a daily basis I can definitely say this is one of my most favourite products from Toni & Guy. My hair looks soft, shiny and less brassy with less flyaways and a nicer blonde. Would definitely recommend this to anyone who wants to tone down the orange brassy tones.

I was excited to trial La Roche-Posay Cicaplast B5 Ultra Repair Serum as I have used a few of there products and had great results. The serum comes housed in a 30ml bottle that you then remove the lid and replace it with the enclosed dropper. The serum itself is clear and has a slight antiseptic smell that I thought would be a problem, however after a couple of days I didn’t notice this when applying. I loved the dropper that was included and this was easy to use and dispense the product onto the back of my hand and then I applied this to my face and neck pressing this into my skin as directed by the instructions. You apply this serum to freshly cleansed skin before your moisturiser. I found the serum was very lightweight and absorbed into my skin quite quickly without leaving any sticky residue. I then waited a minute or so before applying my other skincare on top of this. I found this serum was great at reducing the redness and dryness my skin gets from medications that I take. After the first week of use I did see a reduction in the redness, dry tight skin and dehydrated skin I have been experiencing of late. After the second week my skin did feel hydrated and soft without that tight feeling you can have after some serums. For me this serum was easy to incorporate into my current regime and I will definitely be looking at keeping this a part of my daily routine. I would highly recommend to those that have dry sensitive skin from either the elements or like me from certain medications. After two weeks of use I have seen some very promising results and have high hopes of seeing more beautiful skin after continuous use.

I purchased this from the recent Rewards Room and I have to say it was the beautiful packaging that first drew me to this beautiful candle from the Sugar Coated collection from Glasshouse Fragrances. The outside box design of this new collection immediately gives you a hint as to what scent is hidden inside. I chose All Red Ones and immediately you think of raspberry, pomegranate, cherries and strawberry jam mixed with sugar to give you that delicious aroma of home baking with a hint of lemon. Upon opening your met with a beautiful ombré glass jar that gives off amazing colours when you look at it from different angles. I also love that the jar is 100% recyclable, however when I have finished burning this candle I will be definitely finding another use for the jar, other than the recycle bin. I love that this collection offers such a wide range of variety and I do actually own a few others from this collection. I have been using this candle on a daily basis since I received my rewards room package and I have to say the pomegranate in this candle is my utmost favourite part of this and it almost smells like your baking pie when you light this and have it burning for a while. I would definitely recommend this collection from glasshouse to mostly everyone, as this is a diverse range that offers something for everyone.

I purchased this from the Recent Rewards Room to keep my dehydrated lips supple during the cooler months. The product is housed in the traditional-looking stick packaging which is a short, hard tube with a small cap. The size allows you to keep this in your bag, pocket, desk draw or anywhere you may need to use this during the day without fear it’s going to spill everywhere like some lip balms. The product itself has a delicious Vanilla and Mint scent which was very unexpected as it’s Hemp and Shea Hydration and I was expecting this to smell completely different, however was pleasantly surprised by the delicious smell. The balm itself is very moisturising and hydrating and has kept my lips soft and supple during the colder weather that we have been experiencing of late. The best part of this balm for me was the delicious taste when I first applied this and for that alone without all the other wonderful aspects of this product, I would highly recommend. Definitely another winner from this wonderful brand.

My son recently was feeling congested and especially stuffy due to a change in the weather and a friend had recently gifted me some Dr Teal's products for my birthday so I thought I would give this a go to try and clear that nasal congestion. While running the bath I added a cap full to the running water and waited for the bath to fill. I must say the blend of eucalyptus and spearmint was delicious and made me want to hop right in, however this was for my son so I let him hop in and indulge in the ultimate spa feel. Not only did this clear up his congestion, it also relaxed his muscles and joints to give him a much needed rest and help him sleep through the night without needing to blow his nose or inhale vicks to clear the congestion. I would definitely recommend this to anyone who suffers from aches, pains and nasal congestion to help you get a good nights rest and sleep through the night.

The first part of our trial was for The Garnier Nutrisse Colour Crème Permanent Nourishing Hair Colour and initially I had chosen my colour, however this wasn't available so I had to go with and alterative colour which 10.01 Natural Light Ash Blonde. I do have to say that I'm not really an Ash Blonde girl so for me I wasn't thrilled to have to change my colour choice The colour comes housed in your normal rectangle box with the Garnier logo and woman on the front with what your hair colour will look like. The box contains the Developer Crème, Nourishing Colour Crème, After Colour Conditioner and a set of gloves. Now for me the gloves are my pet hate in hair colours as they are always to big and loose so I do suggest for those with smaller hands investing in a box of the proper disposable gloves if your colour your hair at home often as these fit better and your can work the colourant into your hair better. The instructions always say to perform a patch test on your skin 48 hours before you use the product to see if you have an allergic reaction to the product before colouring your hair, however I didn't as we only had a short period of time for this trial. I would suggest doing this with a new brand or if your colouring your hair for the first time. Now you can use this one of two ways, Whole Head application if your colouring your hair for the first time, your hair colour has grown out or if your using a completely new shade. Option two is if your colouring your hair with the same or similar colour and you just need to touch up the roots and freshen the rest of your hair. I chose the first option as the shade was different from my hair colour and I wanted a uniform result After reading the instructions I covered my shoulders with an old towel, applied my gloves and prepared and mixed up my colour by unscrewing the cap off the applicator bottle, opening the colour crème tube and removing the plastic ring and then screwing the cap back on the pierce the tube. Next I removed the cap and added the entire contents of the colour crème to the applicator bottle and screwed the lid back on and shook the mixture for approx 30 seconds. I then snapped the top off and was now ready to colour my hair.I first started with my roots and noticed the mixture was creamy and thick as well as smelling great for a hair colour. After applying the mixture to my roots I worked my way down the lengths of my hair and massaged this well for an even spread. I piled my hair up and set the timer for 25 minutes. If you have lots of greys or resistant hair you can leave the mixture on for up to 35 minutes. Over time the mixture does darken, however don't worry as this is normal and won't be the finished shade of your hair. After relaxing with a cuppa the 25 minutes had gone by and I was ready to rinse my hair. Leave on your gloves, add a little warm water to emulsify the colourant and rinse thoroughly until the water runs clear. I do suggest doing this in the shower for less mess and it's easier to rinse this way as well. Now time to condition with the added conditioner in the pack and you simply apply a generous amount, massage through your hair and leave on for 2-3 minutes and rinse Now your ready to see the final results. After drying off my hair I did notice how soft, shiny and brighter it did look and I have to say even though I'm not an Ash Blonde girl I have had many compliments and the colour does seem to be growing on me more every day. Overall this is easy to use, covers greys really well, leaves your hair soft and shiny with the added oils it contains and looks and feels amazing. I would recommend this and I will try this out again if I can get the shade I originally wanted. A great hair colourant.

Having never used a product designed solely to lift and firm my neck and chest area, I was quite excited to be excepted into the Skin Physics Advance Superlift Neck Lifting and Firming Cream Trial. The product comes in a silver box with black writing and the signature Skin Physics logo which houses a Perspex jar with a silver lid which looks quite elegant. Upon opening I was met with a slight citrus scent that wasn't at all overpowering just a light delicate fragrance. The product itself looks quite creamy but when applied is quite light and not at all heavy or greasy but rather absorbs quite quickly to leave your skin silky and smooth. I applied this to clean dry skin both morning and night after cleansing and applying my daily serum. You apply the cream from the jawline down to your Decollete in upward strokes to help with the lifting and firming of the product. After applying I found that this was easily absorbed and left my skin feeling silky and smooth without leaving any greasy residue and slotted in nicely with my other products. Now this cream claims to visibly lift and firm your jaw, neck and decollete area to help with drooping, sagging and wrinkled skin in these areas. Now my neck and Decollete aren't super droopy, however after using this cream both morning and night for just under two weeks I have actually noticed my skin in these areas does look a lot brighter and more supple and does feel a lot smoother. I do think I would need to use this for a little longer to see if it has a lifting and firming effect on my skin which given the performance of this cream so far, I do think this might actually surprise me and deliver this in spades so I will definitely be continuing to use this over the coming months to see how my skin looks after a little more time of use. I would recommend this product and while it is just shy of $90 for 50ml, you don't need to use a lot so it will last for some time and for me $90 is a lot less than going under the knife for something you may regret in the long run.

I was lucky enough to be offered the trial for the Pantene Ultimate 10 Shampoo and Conditioner and this is the second part of my review. The Conditioner comes housed in the same oblong bottle with gold lid and signature logo as the Shampoo and has the same great light and aromatic aroma as well. It's also quite thick and creamy so a little does go a long way. After Shampooing with the matching Shampoo I applied the conditioner and run it through my hair with a wide tooth comb and noticed how easily the comb went through my hair without even so much as a snag. I preceded with the rest of my shower to allow the conditioner to do it's magic. After rinsing my hair I noticed how soft it felt even before combing and drying it off. After towel drying I gave my hair a comb and it was soft and no snags to speak of and after drying with my hair dryer and a round brush my hair was soft and shiny with no knots and looked so much better than it had in a long time. Now I used this everyday for almost two weeks and in that time I also used this twice like a hair mask after shampooing and left on for 10 minutes and I have to say my hair has been reborn and with less breakage and hair fall as well as not looking like a mop landed on my head! I would highly recommend this range and given the fact that I have been neglecting my hair for a little while, after almost two weeks of use my hair is starting to look it's very best again and would definitely repurchase this in the future as it does work and works wonders on hair that has been neglected.
