This is a nice little addition to those that wish to add a bit more hydration as an alternative to a hand cream. Apply to your nails with the little dropper but be careful as a little of the oil goes a long way. Massage into the nail and nail bed and use when needed. The oils including Argan, Jojoba, macadamia, and avocado leave your nails hydrated. It has a pleasant light scent and was nice to use. It contains Vitamin C and E which are great for your skin. I wouldn't say I saw unbelievable results but my nail beds looked healthy.

The cute dropper bottle was a great start and I applied a few drops to the cuticle bed on my left hand and massaged it in. The sandy grains were left on the skin while the light formulation absorbs in the skin. I rinsed off the grains and patted my hands dry. Unfortunately the cuticles remained and I had to remove them manually. I was left heavily disappointed. I would not buy this product again.

Do I love this product, no, and here is why. I think that the manufacturers of this product need a review of this particular item. The instructions on the back are not clear and if you follow them directly like I did the product oozes out the bottom of the lid. I also feel that for $20 you don’t get very much product.As for the positives- It definitely has a pleasant scent and left my hair clean and soft, which was the only thing that I liked. It is sulfate, silicone and paraben free. It’s made locally and I do like the black, green and white print on the packaging.

I was sceptical to try a “supermarket brand” as they don’t usually lather well or they leave my hair frizzy and knotty but I was pleasantly surprised at how clean and conditioned my hair was. If I had to say anything negative, it would be that the perfume was super sweet and strong and I found it a bit much. I love that I have found an affordable and great product that I can use regularly. The bonus is that Woolies and Coles often have them on sale as well.

The product is super intensive, so you only need to apply a pea sized amount to hands (this will ensure that you are not applying too much, which may make the product feel tacky). Apply 2-3 times daily to clean, dry skin and at bedtime for 7 days then as necessary to maintain softer and younger looking hands. It’s perfect for dry, cracked and rough/irritated hands. I have given it to my hubby to use and he loves it at he has calloused knuckles from being a tradie. It doesn’t have a perfume so Men will love this and the packaging itself is quite manly so they won’t feel weird using it. This Australian made product is easily acquired at Pharmacies and supermarkets nation wide for around $10 for the 150gm tube. It’s an opaque consistency that absorbs quickly into the skin and the flip top lid of the tube means it’s easy to store and won’t leak.

John Plunkett’s super bright exfoliating skin brightener is super easy to use and leaves your skin feeling smooth and bright. The instructions say- After cleansing, apply one pump on your fingertips and gently spread evenly over face and décolletage, avoiding the eye area. (The glycolic exfoliator may produce a light tingling sensation). Allow to dry before applying a moisturiser. For sensitive skin, rinse off after 1 minute to avoid irritation. Avoid Retinol, acid based or exfoliating products for at least 2 days. Protect your skin with daily SPF skincare. I didn’t find the tingling too strong or have any adverse effects. I applied 1 pump, twice a week and my skin felt great the next morning. The exfoliating action removes dead skin cells while you sleep and increases circulation and stimulates collagen. I particularly felt great around the cheek bones and jaw areas and my skin felt brighter and and the aloe Vera hydrates and smooths the skin.

I have never used fake tan in my life. I have an olive complexion anyway but I was given this product as part of the trial team. I think the medium to dark would have been better for me. Jergens Natural Glow + FIRMING moisturizer says it will gradually enhance and deepen your natural skin tone to provide hassle-free, streak-free color. I did like that it is infused with collagen, elastin, and green tea infusions, and says that it’s a fast-acting formula and will help reduce cellulite appearance within 7 days. Cruelty Free and Dermatologist Tested is always a plus. I used this for a week and I could not see the reduction in cellulite or much if any colour change to my skin. What I did notice was it is heavily perfumed and I really got sick of the smell after a couple of days. For the $10 price tag I think that there are better products out there.

I have combination skins and often when using a new moisturiser I will break out in pimples or have an oil slick on my face but this was not the case with Glow Labs facial moisturiser. After a shower each morning I would apply a small amount of the lotion to my hands, gently applying to my face and neck with light, upward strokes. I like the flip top lid with the tube style pack. It’s easy to use and store. Its suitable for all skin types. Perfect for those looking for a natural moisturiser without the sticky after feel often associated with natural skincare. It contains antioxidants and vitamin e, macadamia and rose hip oils which I love. I don’t like my skincare products to have lots of nasties and chemicals. It’s dermatologically tested and PH balanced and can be found at your local supermarket for around $10 which makes it super affordable. It has a slight floral scent but nothing overpowering.
