I am big fan of this nappy rash cream and I’ve been using it every day on my baby since she was born - she is 4.5 months old now. Weleda only make natural products which is really important to me so it was a no-brainer choosing this nappy rash cream for my little one. The cream comes in a convenient sized tube - I’m still using the same tube after 4 months so it is excellent value for money! It’s not too thick of a cream and very easy to apply and spread. It’s never caused any reactions or sensitivities and has done an excellent job thus far preventing nappy rashes. It smells really lovely and natural. I have nothing negative to say. I really recommend this product to any mum of young children and I will definitely repurchase once I run out.

I loved using this bath wash when my son was a baby. It has a beautiful calming lavender scent and is gentle on bub’s body. I love that it is a tear-free formula and doesn’t soap up too much. I used it every night at bathtime and noticed bub was more relaxed and calm compared to when I used other bath washes. I usually bought a few bottles when they were on sale at the chemist or supermarket so it’s a good price point. The matching moisturiser pairs perfectly with it for a super calm experience and baby!

I have been trialling this facial roller by Manicare for the last few weeks and I must say I am impressed with the quality. I was looking at buying a facial contour set from another brand but glad I didn’t as I gave just saved hundreds of dollars!! This facial roller is a great quality make. It’s heavier than I expected and the attachments are also really nice and sturdy and very easy to wipe clean. The instructions are simple. It requires one AAA battery and turns on and off easily. After cleansing, I apply a facial mist and serum and then use the facial roller over different areas of my face 8-12 times. I then change to the eye attachment and gently go over my eye area 8-12 times. I do this 3 times per week. I don’t have much sag to my skin so I can’t comment on it’s effectiveness but it’s become a nice ritual so I will continue using it and hopefully it gives me the results I need.

These are my new favourite false lashes! They are very natural looking, super lightweight unlike traditional falsies, however give my eyes such a lovely definition without looking too much. They are super easy to apply with the glue provided and stay on all day. They are also reusable so make sure you keep the box to put them into after using them to store them safely. Arden is a great brand and I have never been disappointed with any of their lashes previously. They are a great affordable price point and I highly recommend them.

I was very much looking forward to trying out this retinol, however after 1 week of use, I needed to discontinue. It’s been a couple of years since I have incorporated a retinol serum into my skincare routine, so I’m not sure if it’s just been too long or this product was just too strong for me. Since using the serum, I have developed some redness on my cheeks and chin and dryness in those areas as well. The rest of my face looks fine. My forehead though looks really smooth and even which was a surprise. I would have loved to continue the serum given how good my forehead looks but I think I will give my skin a break from the retinol and maybe try again in a week and see if there is improvement in my skin reaction.

I was really excited to try this oil, especially because it’s all natural. I’ve recently had a baby but luckily didn’t get any stretch marks so I can’t comment on it’s effectiveness in that area. As for it’s moisturising properties, I am quite impressed. It has been a very cold winter so far and my legs and arms have been really dry and scaly. This oil has not only kept my limbs nice and moisturised but all the scaliness has gone. The packaging is okay however given this is an oil I do find it a little messy when pouring out the oil. I think a pump top lid would be a cleaner packaging option. Other than the packaging, I am really happy with this oil. I have even used it on some areas of my face that have been dry from the cold weather and It has done a great job keeping my skin nice and nourished and non-greasy.

I have been trialling the Toni & Guy Leave in Conditioner for a couple of weeks now. I use it after each wash. I have chemically straightened hair but find my hair is a little dry on the ends and can still get a little frizzy during humid weather. Given the current season, I can’t comment on the products ability to combat the effects of humidity on my hair but I can say that since using this leave-in conditioner, my feels a lot more softer and hydrated and my ends look and feel a lot healthier than before.

This is by far my most favourite personal product of 2022! A hand cream and sanitiser in one! Since the pandemic, I have been sanitising my hands non stop and even more so since having two babies in that time. With all that sanitising, my hands have really copped a lot of dryness so I have made sure to keep up my hand moisturising multiple times a day. It’s all very time consuming so to have a product that cleans and moisturises in one go is pure genius. I have been saving so much time using the Du’It Tough Shield Sanitising Hand Cream. It comes in an easy to use squeeze tube and has a light delicate fragrance. It’s not as moisturising as some of my other hand creams but I don’t expect that from a product that also sanitises. But it definitely keeps my hands feeling soft and moisturised instead of dry and sticky when using traditional sanitisers. I definitely recommend this product and will continue using it and I will buy more for the car, handbag and a few for around the house.

I don’t remember the last time I gave my back a really good exfoliation - probably because I didn’t have something that could reach my entire back area! The Manicare Exfoliating Back Scrubber is the perfect shower accessory and saves me having to contort my hands to scrub my back! The stretchy material and handles on either side of the fabric make it super easy to scrub my entire back really easily and quickly. The fabric softens when damp so it’s not uncomfortable on my skin. My back feels so much smoother since I started using this product. Highly recommend!!

This is a lovely retinol serum by Kiehl’s. It is gentle enough to use everyday and features a powerhouse of anti-aging ingredients to help combat fine lines, wrinkles and skin texture. I am in my 30s and have been using retinol for years so anti-aging skincare is very important to me. I’ve been using this serum daily for 2 weeks and have already noticed a considerable difference in my skin’s texture - it is a lot smoother and brighter than before. I haven’t noticed a much reduction in the few fine lines I have but I think with continued use I might see some improvement. I haven’t experienced any sensitivity since starting this product, even though I’m using it every night so it’s a great entry level retinol product for those considering starting. The packaging is really nice and looks nice displayed on my bathroom counter. It is housed in a nice heavy glass bottle and it very easy to dispense the right amount with the pump top. It is priced pretty well for the size so I would not hesitate recommending this serum.
