I am blown away that you get all of this for only $20 retail. Then again I am lucky and grateful to have received a full sized bottle (500ml) at the recent Glosscars Awards event. I am also impressed to learn that this lotion has beetroot extract in it. That is what I was told at the event anyway. Right now this lotion has claimed its spot on my bedside table. This is because I apply a pump on each hand and foot at night, in order to massage those areas. This lotion is soft and silky smooth, and hence easy to apply. It is not runny or oily in any sense at all. This lotion is also great to use after shaving; especially on the legs. After a weeks use, I still have plenty left. You can easily see through the bottle as to how much you have left. The contents are not quite down to the label yet. A bargain is found here. I have not used it on the face. I do not think that the latter is recommended though.

This is another great serum and product received at the recent Glosscars Awards event. It is important to use this one in the morning. One drop is not enough. I applied three small pumps to my entire facial area, after the morning shower, and when cleansing with a tea tree wipe. I am impressed with the soft feel, and the ease of application, prior to applying sunscreen. I found it easier to apply my SPF 50+ facial sunscreen after using this one. Rich in Vitamin C, my skin already feels uplifted. It is ok to apply this one around the eye area, yet only in small doses. I am not sure why this product is designed specifically for AM use, yet if you are religious about applying a few small pumps in fully covering the facial area every morning, you will be fine. These small amounts definitely go a long way. A highly recommended serum. Not oily at all. Thanks again BH x

This product alone made my attendance at the recent Glosscars Awards event truly worthwhile. The person presenting this product knew what they were talking about. There was mentions that this product has retinal and peptides in it; and as this is a strong and gutsy anti-aging product; it is nonsensical to apply this to the under eye area. It does not matter how you cleanse your face prior; whether with an actual cleanser, and/or with tea tree wipes and water - this product is a miracle worker prior to going to bed. I woke up with smoother and tighter skin within a week already. My skin tone is more even. I have not needed to worry about applying any moisturiser - although it is advisable that you do. The creamy texture of this product is more than enough. Just 1-5 drips around the face, neck and decolletage area is enough. The bottle is smooth, and it is easy to hold onto. I presume that a lot of research has gone into this.

I have not heard of this lip balm from the Burts Bees product range, until I recently attended BH's Glosscars Awards event. There are a choice of four flavours available: Mandarin Granita. Sweet Peach. Watermelon Rush. Berry Sorbet. I chose the sweet peach, only to regret not choosing any of the others, yet that is ok. The packaging design is cute, yet sometimes the product is a bit too runny when applying sometimes. I get the moisture on my lips, yet it is short lived, and the tinted balm itself has a bit of a toxic make up feel on my lips. It is like wearing lipstick rather than a lip balm. A bit disappointing. In saying that, i will not let this product go to waste. I will continue usage until I have no more to use, and that is it. I prefer the normal Burts Bees lip balm range. Some people will love this one, yet sorry to say, that this product is not my cup of tea. Thank you for the opportunity in allowing me to try it out though.

This was one worthy find at Brisbane Airport late last year, at a Pharmacy at the Qantas domestic terminal, prior to heading back home. It stood out, and as a result of loving the Burts Bees lip balm range; I had to give this flavour a try. The balm did break after a few uses, yet it is a smooth and comfortable lip balm. Of course with the stick, this one is easy to apply. I have found that with this particular flavour, and despite being autumn; I did not need to re-apply this lip balm to my dry lips as often as I have had to apply other lip balms to my lips before - and even in the Burts Bees range. That is fascinating. I also like the hot pink colour with this one. A good one to use at outdoor yoga sessions, and for any occasion; and even when working inside the office. Look no further.

Upon being given a set at the recent Glosscars event; I was (and still am) impressed with the well thought out design. It is a pity that you do not have a glue applicator with this product, even if you end up paying more. That way, the right glue is being used, without having to spend extra time at the pharmacy for the right glue. Luckily my fake eyelashes and mascara obsessed friend was happy to try this out on my behalf, as I am not a fan of fake eyelashes. Clearly many women are. I digress. I love how the design enables you to turn the packaging into a little compact storage box to keep these eyelashes safe for extra uses. Apparently this product is vegan friendly, and around 10 unique uses are promised by the manufacturer. This friends boyfriend noticed the difference, and vibrancy of these fake eyelashes. They were just out for a long walk, and nowhere fancy when she wore these the first time around. The same friend also said that she has never heard of Eyelure, yet has heard of Glam by Manicare before. Of course, she has a few more uses (as at the time of writing this), and she also wanted to add by not only thanking me for passing them on, but also mentioned that the instructions are easy to understand/decipher. The eyelashes in the Billie range are soft, and this product comes with a smooth texture. I could not get over my anxieties in trying this on; and again I passed this onto the same friend who is obsessed with fake eyelashes, and who wears mascara, and all of that jazz. The good news is that no mascara is obviously needed, and this product is good for sensitive skin. I was (and still worried) that I might ruin my eyelashes if I use it. This friend just wanted to try something new, before trying on the Keira range. She said that you need a good pair of tweezers to begin to apply this product to your eyelashes; yet there is ample glue applied. About eight hours later, she took them off. Overall the experience of using the Billie version in her eyes (no pun intended) was a pleasant one on a Thursday. Highly recommends, and therefore said that she is open minded to trying out other eyelashes in the Glam by Manicare range. Thanks again BH.

I personally do not use products like this, yet in the spirit of attending the recent Glosscars event, I was given one of these to test out. I am not a mascara wearer, and nor do I worry about shaping and styling my eyebrows. They are quite thin and delicate, and in all honesty; I am happy with how they are right now; even though they are on the small side, despite having some volume. A friend of mine tested this product out on my behalf, and she advised that this is one of the best eyelash curlers she has ever used. Good finger grip is definitely applied, and she also said that the instructions on the back of the packet are easy to use. The product is relatively easy to clean, and that the replacement pad included is a real bonus. It can be tricky to clean with a cotton bud, and therefore she uses a cloth with nail polish remover. This product overall comes highly recommended in her eyes, and it is a keeper. Thank you BH.

This product was initially purchased when the mask mandates were around. I sprayed a few squirts on my face mask, so to help give my face some hydration in the masked up area, and it also helped in avoiding disposable face masks that became a bit too damp. A little definitely goes a long way, and I am pleased to say that this product now has a worthy home on my home office desk, as a dab to use to refresh my face from screen time, and/or when working longer hours than expected in my own business. I like the smell, and the mist is refreshing. I question the price of the product a little bit (hence this review has 4 instead of 5 stars) for The Body Shop, yet it will last you a while. Thank you.

I am in awe with the floral scent, and it does not overpower. I was not too sure on this one; yet the purchase of an advent calendar from The Body Shop inspired me to give this a try on my recent trip away. This product does smell good, even though it did leave my skin a little dry at first. Like The Body Shop do, and are good at; this product represents exceptional value for money. Therefore if you like the rose fragrance without it overpowering or lingering on your skin, then this is an affordable indulgence. It is meant to be used in the shower; otherwise it is more than ok to use in the bath as well. You will get some bubbles.
