I haven’t had a mask in years and found this tempting at a 50% off sale so thought why not! I’ve had great success with other Loreal products recently so bought this with confidence it would do as it says...brightens the skin and detoxifies. In the same lovely jar as my day and night cream...this mask glides on well and is recommended to stay in for 10-15 minutes. Washing off after 15 minutes, it did take a little longer than I expected but I think next time I’ll use a face washer rather than just my hands with warm water. My face felt very smooth afterwards but I noticed some faint red marks at my hairline and temple area. Over the next hour my face became quite tight and uncomfortable so I applied my day cream to sooth. The redness subsided after about an hour. Overall I have noticed that days later my skin is still really smooth and the pores on my chin (a trouble spot for me) are much reduced.

I really wanted this balm to be the perfect one but I’m going to have to keep searching! It’s easy to apply in it’s small lipstick type tube and does feel thick and glides on bare lips well...but then I get this uncomfortable sensation for the following few minutes. I’d describe it as a dull version of if you put some sort of cooling menthol type rub on your lips. It sort of tingles and feels quite cool. I’m not sure if it’s the sunscreen component? I find the consistency a little to thick and can pull off lippy if using it over the top. I haven’t thrown it out and have used it if I can’t find anything else but really not a fan.

I’m moving back to cleansers from facial cleansing wipes, so picked up a trusted brand in Olay. At 45... I’m heading into the ‘mature, anti-aging’ products and find scrub cleaners both effective in cleansing and softening the look of my skin. This scrub cleanser I had been previously just using occasionally but have recently stepped it up to nightly before my moisturiser and my skin has really benefitted! The orange gel is thick enough to stay on wet hands and spreads easily over the face and neck. The citrus smell is pleasant and not overwhelming. I massage it into my face and neck for only about 30-60 seconds and rinse with warm water. This product meets all the advertised 7 benefits...it is a great cleanser and exfoliant, my pores are smaller and my fine lines are less noticeable. Overall...a very effective product that is affordable. I will definitely keep using this one

I’ve never really had much luck finding a night cream (on a budget) that actually delivers what it promises..my search is over!! This is my night cream :)) I have committed to using this cream consistently every night for the last 3 weeks and am very impressed. I’m 45 with mild sun damaged skin, mainly freckles but also fine lines on my forehead. I do get Botox once a year heading into the summer months when you tend to squint more but was finding it was just not lasting so I was on the search for a product to basically lessen my need for Botox. I have already noticed the 2-3 horizontal fine lines on my forehead have dramatically reduced! I can’t tell you how impressed I am :) The cream absorbs well and doesn’t feel heavy or claggy. I do feel a slight tingle but nothing uncomfortable and it only lasts a few minutes. My skin tone has also improved with less redness on my chin which I can be prone to. My only suggested improvement would be that it comes in a pump dispenser as I prefer not have to have to put my finger in a tub.

I have previously used cheaper eye creams but recently found the need to upgrade due to my under eye area looking tired and puffy. The first few weeks of using I found it very easy to apply and the metal applicator was cool and soothing. The cream spread easily and absorbed nicely. I have noticed a reduction in puffiness and an increase in firmness in both the above and below eye areas. My only fault would be that now I am approx half way through the tube, it is a little harder to push the product out due to the thickness of the tube and it can squirt out a small amount before you’re ready. Overall...it’s a lovely effective cream and I’ll continue using
