First St. in Port Angeles Plaza in the former Big Lots location. Spirit Halloween has been in Sequim for the past four years, but it migrated to Port Angeles this year. The chain store has more than 1,400 locations across North America this time of year. It sells costumes, decorations, props and accessories during the Halloween season.
