While Port Townsend’s playoff hopes were officially dashed in last week’s 61-8 loss to Cascade Christian, Orting’s is still hanging on by a thread following two straight losses by five points.

at Klahowya

â– At stake: The Roughriders look to rebound after falling from the ranks of the unbeaten with a 35-14 loss to North Kitsap last week.
They get the perfect patsy in the Eagles, losers of 22 straight league games.
Port Angeles must win out and get a little help — a Sequim win tonight — in order to win an Olympic League title.
As it is, a win tonight would all but assure the Riders of avoiding a pigtail playoff as the league’s No. 4 seed.
Tenino at Forks

â– Records: Forks 2-3, 2-5; Tenino 4-1, 6-1.
â– At stake: The Spartans are looking to strengthen their playoff hopes with a critical SWL-Evergreen Division matchup with the Beavers.
Tenino, which is coming off a pair of blowout wins over Onalaska and Rochester, can clinch a playoff spot with a win.
Forks could be missing a handful of starters due to injuries and eligibility issues.
Chimacum at
Cedar Park Chri.

â– Records: Cedar Park Christian 3-2, 5-2; Chimacum 1-4, 1-6.
â– At stake: The Cowboys travel to play a red-hot Eagles team that has won three games in a row, including a 20-14 upset of defending 1A champion Cascade Christian.
Chimacum, which still has the slimmest of playoff hopes, will be playing for pride against a defense that has given up 14 or less points in each of its seven games.
Quilcene
at Neah Bay

â– Records: Neah Bay 5-0, 5-1; Quilcene 2-3, 3-3.
â– At stake: The Red Devils have won five in a row since their season-opening 38-36 loss to No. 1 Lummi.
They will be looking to keep pace with those same Blackhawks in the Northwest Football League standings when they host the Rangers tonight.
Quilcene will be looking for revenge after losing two games to Neah Bay last fall by a combined score of 120-28. That included a season-ending loss in the 1B preliminary playoffs.
