Sports: Sequim off to state track, field championships

SEQUIM — The Sequim Wolves will be sending seven athletes to the state Class 3A track and field championships Friday and Saturday in Pasco.

“This is the most we have sent in my eight years at Sequim,”‘ said coach Brad Moore. “It’s been a good year for us. The most we have sent before is four.”

Five Sequim girls will be competing in six events at state.
