OLYMPIC NATIONAL PARK — An avalanche of ideas and proposals is coming to Hurricane Ridge, set to begin its 44th winter of downhill skiing next month.
This year, the recently formed Hurricane Ridge Public Development Authority will operate the ski lifts.
The group was forged last December and is headed by the same leaders as the Hurricane Ridge Winter Sports Club, which previously operated the lifts.
