Sequim seeks volunteers
SEQUIM — The city of Sequim is seeking volunteers to serve on its newly formed Salary Commission.
The commission, which will review the salaries of the city council, will meet on an as-needed basis.
Commissioners will serve two-year terms and can be reappointed once for a second term. Applicants must reside within the city for at least six months before their appointment.

SNAP match
PORT TOWNSEND — The Food Coop will participate in the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program’s Produce Match program.
Under the program, shoppers can receive an additional $5 credit toward the purchase of $10 or more of qualifying organic fruits or vegetables.
The program, which is supported by more than 200 stores statewide, aims to ensure that even low-income families can have access to organic produce.
