Quilts of Valor presented in Port Townsend on Veterans Day

PORT TOWNSEND — The Marvin G. Shields Memorial Post 26 American Legion held its annual Veterans Day program Monday.

A pre-ceremony concert by the Port Townsend Summer Band began the day’s events at the post.

The colors were presented by Cub and Webelos Scouts from Troop 4479 of Port Townsend.

Quilts of Valor presented hand-made quilts to veterans.
