The Port Angeles skate park committee will be unveiling the plans for the new skate park at 7 p.m. today at the Vern Burton Community Center.
The plans, designed by Grindline, will be available for comment from the public until 8 p.m.
Grindline is a Seattle-based company credited with the design and construction of some of the best skate parks in the world.
The project is expected to cost $180,000 and is a joint venture between the city of Port Angeles and area residents.
A group of volunteers is actively seeking people, groups and companies interested in helping in the park effort.
