PORT LUDLOW — Construction could begin in three weeks on a new subdivision worth at least $12 million, the developer says.
The announcement Tuesday follows a plat approval by Jefferson County commissioners.
Commissioners Monday approved the Port Ludlow Associates plat subdividing the 38.5 acres of land into 41 subdivisions for single-family homes.
The subdivision, known as Olympic Terrace, will be located east of Port Ludlow Golf Course and adjacent to Teal Lake Road.
