JOYCE — A Crescent Bay Lions Club proposal to build a community park is gathering some local support.
On Tuesday, the organization hosted a public meeting to talk about constructing a 5.5-acre park in the 50400 block of state Route 112, across the street from Joyce Bible Church.
Nearly a dozen people turned out to offer ideas for development, park supporter Liane McGarvie said.
“So far, everything’s been positive,” she said.
