THE WEATHER IS warming up, so now is the time to get out and work out those kinks by dancing to live music.
Hey, you don’t have to dance; you can just stand or sit on a stool and boogie to the beat, move to the groove and . . . well, you get the idea.
After all, spring is just a month away, and when your spirits soar at this new awakening, you’ll want your body to be able to respond.

■ Today at Wind Rose Cellars, 143 W. Washington St., Cort Armstrong and Jim Faddis will be joined by Bob Lawrence on dobro and lap steel from 5:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.
On Saturday, Sarah Shea and Chez Jazz perform songs from the Great American Songbook from 6:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.
