Meetings across the North Olympic Peninsula

A possible solution for the Upper Hoh Road, a workshop with Olympic National Park and a residential meter policy will be before Peninsula boards and commissions next week.

Clallam County commissioners

The three Clallam County commissioners will discuss a request from Jefferson County to split the costs, estimated to be $300,000, of repairing the Upper Hoh Road during their weekly work session Monday.

The commissioners’ work session, at 9 a.m. Monday, will preview items set for action at their formal meeting, which will start at 10 a.m. Tuesday.

• A resolution authorizing the county administrator to contract for design-related services for the joint public safety facility within the county’s $1.35 million budget for real estate acquisition and phase II design services.

• Letter of concern regarding proposed budget cuts to the state’s Foundational Public Health Services.

• An agreement with Busto James for legal representation costs in matters related to collective bargaining.

• An agreement with Community Health Plan of Washington for behavioral health and other health care-related services.

• Agreement with Topper Industries, LLC for $52,336 to replace the Clallam Bay day-use park ramp.

• An amended agreement with the state Department of Agriculture for Fairs Program Capital Project Grant.

• A contract with Polimorphic for $5,000 plus $10,000 per year to provide customer relationship manager software for the Recompete program.

• An agreement with the Clallam County Economic Development Council for $130,500 to provide 2025 services.

• Resolutions adopting budget revisions, reductions and supplemental appropriations and a public hearing regarding several debatable budget emergencies to be considered March 25.
