The three Jefferson County commissioners will consider execution of a $272,760 contract to replace lighting at Memorial Field when they meet at 9 a.m. Monday.
The meeting will be in commissioners’ chambers at the Jefferson County Courthouse, 1820 Jefferson St., Port Townsend.
The contract is with King County Directors Association and MUSCO Sports Lighting, LLC of Muscatine Iowa.
The project is funded by a state grant, donations and county funds.
Commissioners will conduct a public hearing on a proposal to charge up to $600 annually for access to the electronic court records management system known as Odyssey.
Commissioners also will consider approving a Salish Behavioral Health request that the state Legislature create an integration pilot program.
Commissioners will discuss a letter supporting the state Department of Natural Resources grant application for state Wildlife and Recreation Program funding for acquiring property in Dabob Bay.
Commissioners will consider approving an update to the Comprehensive Emergency Management Plan, which awaits approval also from the Port Townsend City Council.
Executive sessions are set at 11 a.m. to discuss actual litigation and at 11:30 a.m.to discuss potential litigation.
Port Townsend city
The Port Townsend Historic Preservation Committee will consider a pre-application request to demolish a building and construct a new one at 1119 Lawrence St., when it meets at 3 p.m. Tuesday.
The panel will meet in the third-floor conference room at City Hall, 250 Madison St.
It will consider a request to tear down the existing 1,300-square-foot commercial building with a waiver of code-required special studies and build a new multi-story, mixed-used building there.
The Port Townsend City Council meeting originally set for Monday has been canceled.
An arts commission special meeting has been rescheduled from Wednesday to Tuesday at 3 p.m. in the first-floor conference room at 250 Madison St.
On the agenda is a budget request to the Port Townsend City Council, a funding application concerning First Presbyterian Church and a funding followup report on the Community Boat Project.
The Non-Motorized Transportation Advisory Board will meet at 4:30 p.m. Thursday in the first-floor conference room at 250 Madison St.
Public Utility District
Jefferson County Public Utility District commissioners will consider late fees when they meet at 5 p.m. Tuesday.
Commissioners will meet in the Jefferson Transit building at 63 Four Corners Road.
They also will consider a bid award for Chimacum Creek Estate and a calendar of upcoming meetings.
They will discuss 2019 budget draft strategic objectives.
Fire District 3
Clallam County Fire District 3 commissioners will consider approving a general levy lid lift resolution when they meet at 1 p.m. Tuesday.
Commissioners will meet at 323 N.Fifth Ave., in Sequim.
The district covers the east side of Clallam County with a small portion in Jefferson County.
Port Townsend schools
The Port Townsend School Board regular meeting and public budget hearing originally set for Thursday have been rescheduled to July 19.
The budget hearing will be at 4:30 p.m. and the School Board regular meeting will be at 5:30 p.m. Both will be in Room S-11 at 1610 Blaine St.
