■ Port Angeles Regional Chamber of Commerce — Twice-monthly luncheon meetings usually are held on the first and third Mondays at noon in the second-floor meeting room of the Red Lion Hotel, 221 N. Lincoln St.
According to an email from the chamber:
“Based on responses to our survey, the Chamber is changing our monthly meetings program.
“Once that is completed (this month), we will communicate the new schedule and format.
“Until then, there won’t be a 1st Monday or 3rd Monday luncheon.”
■ Forks Chamber of Commerce — Luncheon meetings are Wednesdays at noon at Blakeslee’s Bar & Grill, 1222 S. Forks Ave.
This Wednesday’s gathering will feature Lisa Smith of Enterprise For Equity.
Lunch of $9.75 will include an entree (veggie stir fry with rice) and sides. The soup of the day will be split pea.
■ Jefferson County Chamber of Commerce — Weekly luncheon meetings are held Mondays at noon at the Port Townsend Elks Lodge, 555 Otto St.
This Monday’s program will feature Emily Ingram of New American Funding on real estate and mortgage lending trends and issues in Jefferson County.
Lunch by Subway costs $8.
■ Port Angeles Business Association — Breakfast meetings with networking and educational programs are Tuesdays at 7:30 a.m. at Joshua’s Restaurant, 113 DelGuzzi Drive (off U.S. Highway 101) in east Port Angeles.
This coming Tuesday’s meeting is PABA’s monthly discussion program examining local issues affecting investment, employment and economic growth.
The program will include presentations on competing proposals to televise Clallam County commissioner meetings by either using public access television or live-streaming via the Internet.
There is a $3 minimum charge by Joshua’s for those who do not order breakfast.
