Remember how you fell in love with British hair care products when you holidayed in London? Or that Ulta lipstick you were obsessed with when you did a university exchange in America? And then can you recall the crushing disappointment when you realised you couldn’t find them on Aussie shores?

One of the biggest (or, really, only) downsides of travelling is falling in love with beauty products that aren’t so readily available back home.

Luckily, there are a few websites out there that are set on helping you get your hands on the (legit) international faves you can’t find anywhere here. So check ‘em out if you’ve had enough of weeping over those beauty loves lost.

Lulu & Lipstick

Fleur Madden created this beauty website when she returned from living in New York City to discover that some of her favourite brands were nowhere to be found. Now, she sources unique and hard-to-find brands from around the world and pops them on the site so they can be shipped off anytime, anywhere. You can find brands like OCC Nail Lacquer, Lulu & Lipstick, Ayurda, Pink Holiday, Mermaid Perfume, and Velour Lashes.

Luxola

Launched in Singapore in 2011, Luxola boasts over 250 beauty brands, including some European and Korean favourites. Our picks are French skin care brand 66°30, Korean make-up brand 3CE, men’s soap brand Dr. Squatach Soap Co., and American body care brand Not Soap, Radio.

CUZIN

So this website is a bit different to your usual online shopping destination. Let’s say you’re looking for a Bath & Body Works Bubble Bath (or even that Aussie shampoo and conditioner you ironically can’t buy anywhere in Australia). If you head onto CUZIN, you can put in a request for someone in the US or the UK (who is part of the CUZIN global shopping community) to buy said product and send it to you.
