Whether you’re decorating the town in tinsel or deep in denial that it’s almost December, it’s time to face the music, because Christmas is upon us. Whether you celebrate or not, the holiday season is filled with busy schedules, little downtime and unavoidable family gatherings.
In order to make it out alive, we have a few simple solutions: makeup, skin care and candles. How often? Every single day. Instead of traditional advent calendars (sorry chocolate lovers), we’re opting for drawers full of lipsticks, cleansers and perfumes.
And, if you can resist keeping every Circa candle or The Body Shop sheet mask for yourself, these bite-sized beauty gifts make the perfect place setting offerings at the Christmas table.

Which advent calendar would you most like to try?
Oh, they look so pretty.
Glasshouse or CT for me.
the price puts me off but I bet it is lovely
Is CT skincare mostly? I haven’t seen this brand much before.
I would have to flip a coin between the Charlotte Tilbury and the Glasshouse one.
So hard to choose though.
Since it is Christmas, why not get both??
I would probably purchase either the L’Occitane or Kiehl’s Advent Calendar.
I love Beauty Advent Calendars. L’Occitane, Charlotte Tilbury and Kiehl’s all look amazing!
They all look so good. Wish I could buy them all.
Thanks for putting the prices up. Some wonderfully tempting items here.
Only Aldi is cheap, but the others all have such nice things in them
So cheap compared with the others on here.
Just saw YSL calendar, it is so luxe and superb! ATM also 12% off on cashback =0 tempted!
hm, moderated mentioning Y S L one.
Yoh, do you mean Y S L is also a moderated word on BH’s website?
Just testing YSL.
It is not a moderated word!
I’d like the Glasshouse, Kiehl’s or CT one to try.. And maybe L’Occitane.. Actually, there’s too many good ones in this list
I don’t usually buy advent calendars unless I see them reduced after Christmas. I’m more into limited-edition gift sets.
That sounds nice too
That is the perfect time to get them! When they are on sale.
That’s a great idea. Too dear otherwise.
But they could sell out and then you would miss out.
Some lovely options to choose from. I’ve never bought an advent calendar.
Id love the L’Occitane or Glasshouse calendars.
Lacura Skin Science 12 Days of Caviar Illumination sounds great however I would love any /all of these
it sound good value
I’ll have one of each please! Will probably get none. Some of these companies need to not put the list of contents on the front.
I know what you are saying Lindylou, it spoils the surprise, however for these prices I would definitely want to know its contents. Having said that, I wouldn’t be able to afford any of these. I envy the people who do. I hope you have a lovely Christmas with or without an Advent Calendar.
We can dream.
I would like the CT one for sure!
Me too, I have never tried a product of hers, have you?
I’d love to try the Glasshouse calender or the Charlotte Tilbury as I have not tried any of those products and I assume the chest of drawers would be reusable.
Lacura from Aldi is very affordable but I cannot use these products ongoing as they do nothing for my skin. If my budget is low and I desperately need an eye cream I may purchase their mouse for around $14 as it is better than using nothing.
These look fun but way tooooo expensive
Lacura or L’Occitane for me 🙂
They all look like fun, but too expensive, great for those who love trying different products.
The Look fantastic one looks great too
They look gorgeous and so many to choose from.
Great options of advent calendars
Some beautiful Christmas Advent Calendar’s. Some so very expensive.
These all look good! I never buy myself a beauty advent calendar.
Kiehl’s & Glasshouse I would love but the price is no good for me.
I have always wanted to get one but this year I splurged out on an $80 Revolution beauty one and now it is hiding in the cupboard waiting for December 1st.
Good to see a realistic price range of choices. My picks are L’Occitane and Kiehl
I would like of someone bought me one.
Such lovely choices here, I really like the one from Glasshouse and Kiehl’s. All are wonderful and enlighten the beautiful, festive spirit.
Oh! Can I have them all?
I want them all!
Tempting.
The L’Occitane one, they have some gorgeous products, especially their hand creams.
I’ve never bought a beauty advent calendar, but would most likely buy the Kiehl’s or L’Occitane one. They’re reasonably priced and it would be great way to sample their range of products
The Kmart one is also so affordable.
I love the idea of these calendars, but the really enticing ones are so expensive.
yes that puts me off too-sigh !!
Glasshouse fragrances would be lovely.
Glasshouse one but they are all so expensive
I might have to give the Aldi products a try.
Oh I love these.
Wish I could have them all!! Excellent selection of beauty goodies.
Owww I love glasshouse candles 🕯️
yes they are so stunning
It would be nice to have a New Year Advent choice so could be bought for xmas pressies
That’s a great idea!
I don’t think I’ve ever seen these before!
Not tried any in the past.
I just ordered the LF one
I love beauty advent calendars. So much fun! I would love to see a few more affordable ones on this list that are of bigger brands (not Kmart or Aldi).
I would love the Glasshouse one.
The Body House sounds nice and Kiehls looks lovely
Lush has one too – I really want it – but the cost of the nicest ones is a real problem for me.
They always have good ones!
Exy though.
They all look so good would love them all
Thanks for the info but I don’t think I’ll be buying any this year
Some lovely products here.
