This local auto dealer is giving one Sequim High senior the keys to the fast lane

One Sequim High School grad will receive a new car!

The senior class at Sequim High School has something very special in store when the rubber hits the road and they celebrate their high school graduation in June.

As they have for the last five years, Rocha Family Auto Sales will be donating a brand new car — to be won by one lucky student!

“When opening a business in a small town like Sequim, supporting the community has always been a huge part of our vision,” says Rocha Family Auto Sales owner Micheal Rocha. “We’re very passionate about giving back.”

When they celebrate this milestone with a senior graduation party at the Sequim Community Church on June 16, a 2012 Fiat 500 will be just one of many prizes awarded that night.

“There will be a lot of gifts given out that night,” Rocha says. “The very last one will be the car, which all seniors are eligible to win. We’ll draw a name, and one lucky graduate goes home with a car!”

The team at Rocha Family Auto Sales supports the community in a variety of ways, including charity golf events.

Since opening their doors in 2017, veteran-owned Rocha Family Auto Sales has been focused on community involvement, supporting student and youth sporting events, as well as the Boys & Girls Club of the Olympic Peninsula.

“I’m a Sequim School Board Director, so I’m very passionate about supporting students,” Rocha says. “I also love spending a lot of volunteer time and energy on youth programs and coaching youth soccer and basketball.”

Another way that Rocha Family Auto Sales shows support for the community? Through their no-fee used vehicle consignment program. They take care of all prep, advertising, sale, financing and documentation for the sale of your vehicle, and you get the agreed-upon dollar amount.

“This is a super appreciated program,” Rocha says. “Consultations are free and appraisals can be done on the lot or by email. You don’t have to do anything – we take care of all the legwork, so you don’t have to worry about it.”

Rocha Family Auto Sales is the #1 used car dealer in the county, and is open Tuesday to Saturday from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. to serve you.

Follow them on Facebook, email michael@sequimauto.com for more information, then head down to 261861 US-101 to check out their selection.
