Field Arts & Events Hall has announced the first half of its third season, featuring returning favorites and new partnerships with globally recognized producers. Tickets for fall/winter 2025 shows are on sale at fieldhallevents.org/tickets.
The season opens Sept. 13 with the return of dynamic classical pianist and improviser Charlie Albright. The virtuoso series continues with Masters of Hawaiian Music Sept 28, and guitarist Pablo Sainz Villegas Oct 26.
On Sept. 24, Field Hall hosts a Summer Dance Party throwback with soul/R&B band Tae & The Neighborly. Dance fans can also join the first-ever Halloween MEGAPARTY Oct. 31, with food, drink specials, and performances by AntBath, Mort Crim All Stars, and Lucky Brown & the S.G.’s.
International highlights include Hasta La Muerte by Las Cafeteras, Nov. 6, honoring Día de los Muertos, and Birdy, Nov. 12, a new contemporary dance work by Taiwan’s Hung Dance.
On Oct. 3, family audiences can explore the outdoors through the eyes of upbeat adventure folk artists The Okee Dokee Brothers, whose catchy songs and stories have been featured on PBS Kids.
Field Hall renews its National Geographic Live series with three explorer talks: Lisa Briggs – A Pirate’s Life on Oct. 30; Robbie Shone – Adventures in Caving Feb. 26; and Gregg Treinish – Adventure for Change May 21. This live speaker series brings real explorers to the stage for TED-style events. Series and individual tickets available.
Executive and Artistic Director Steve Raider-Ginsburg’s “don’t miss” pick: The Things Around Us Oct. 16, a powerful one-man show by multidisciplinary artist Ahamefule J. Oluo.
The season also includes returning #WALocal artists Stephanie Anne Johnson Oct. 25 and Amanda Lynn Bacon Dec.13 and 14, along with the popular free local music series Free Jazz Sunday (monthly) and Open Mic Monday (every other Monday) with Bread & Gravy Duo.
New this year: Field Hall has been invited to be a host location for Banff Centre Mountain Film and Book Festival World Tour, with two days of short mountaineering films Sept. 26 and 27.
As part of the third season, Field Hall has expanded its #fieldhallforall ticket assistance program, which allows audiences to request full or partial discounts to make arts programming more accessible.
