Concert Lineup:

Cantus Vocal Ensemble – Oct. 20, 2024, at 2 p.m.

Working without a conductor, the members of Cantus rehearse and perform as chamber musicians, each contributing to the entirety of the artistic process, creating programs that give voice to shared human experiences.

Known for their finesse and expressive power, the ensemble will deliver an evocative performance exploring the spectrum of human emotion through their exquisite blend of voices. Their program includes captivating works ranging from Fanny Mendelssohn to contemporary composers.

Merz Trio – March 23, 2025, at 2 p.m.

The Merz Trio brings a narrative programming style juxtaposing classical standards, new music and their own arrangements of familiar and forgotten works, interwoven and guided with speaking from the Trio’s members.

This dynamic trio are winners of the Naumburg, Concert Artists Guild, Fischoff and Chesapeake Competitions. The program will include music of Schumann and Brahms.
