SEQUIM — Global Humanity Initiative, a Sequim-based nonprofit, has expanded its mission to include support for Hogar de Ancianos Betania in Chiquimula, Guatemala.
Hogar de Ancianos Betania, which can be translated as “Bethany Nursing Home,” is a faith-based facility caring for poor and homeless elders.
Global Humanity Initiative already supports nursing homes in the U.S. and in Nepal.
