We watch a lot of documentaries about nature and animals on PBS and I’m constantly amazed at how ignorant I am about so many things.
I did have an enlightened moment last night while watching Nature on PBS.
Humans are herd animals.
We, as individuals, need the rest of the herd to survive.
While watching these shows I’ve never observed any individual animal behave in a way that threatens the survival of the herd.
As we pay attention to everything that is happening in this country right now we should ask ourselves, “Is this good for our herd’s survival?”
Asking this question before we vote might just help us make choices that contribute to our successful human survival on this beautiful planet.
